The lady cutting my hair was entitled and wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her. She had the audacity to call me bossy when I was telling her how I want my hair done??? Then she tried to charge me extra for a trim…Terrible customer service

I go here about once a month and have Mindy cut my hair. Cuts are solid value. I wish that they offered threading as an option.

I tried all stylists and so far, I've been really happy with the result except that my hair is considered and paid long hair" haircut in my last visit. I only got a trim because I am planning to grow my hair. Not really sure what is considered a "long hair" for men when the length of my hair is just below my ears. Overall

I got my hair cut a couple of days ago. When I come back home, I figured my side hair length was different. She is not definitely professional for sure I WILL NEVER GET MY HAIRCUT AT THIS BARBERSHOP. Please don't visit this shop and it's not worth it even the haircut costs $23 and soooo quick.

This is the place to go IF :-(1) u want to OVERPAY for a haircut(2) u want a garbage haircut(3) u want the lady hairdressers talking about you in their language guessing how much tip ur gonna leave(4) u want the hairdressers laughing at you, behind ur back, when u leave the store.This all happened when I am sitting there getting my haircut, but they dont know that I can understand their language!This is what happens to all customers.Save ur $$$ and humiliation and go somewhere more respectful.

They seem to charge an extra $5 for a hair cut if you have ovaries. Sign said $16 for short hair (I have a men's cut) or $18+ for long hair. The haircut itself was good, but she charged me $21. Really disappointed in getting charged more for being a woman.

2nd visit here. 1st time was was okay but, had a different lady this time who was obviously not a professionally trained barber. Not uniform in her cutting technique - One side was choppy compared to the other. Didn't whisk cuttings away, no mirror after to show how she had cut my hair.$5 increase due to Covid 19 + ($2 for a mask). Taking advantage of the situation jacking up the price that much. Not impressed.... won't be back.
