First order so we’ll see how it all ends up.FOLLOW UP - Order arrived on the FIRST of possible 3 three days advised, based on the photos, you’ll see the condition of a REMANUFACTURED part from parts avatar… brilliant…. I've had really good service from PA for a few years, but something has changed recently: Order No: 824PLBGDG was packed and ready to be shipped three days ago (as reported by customer support chat) but continues to sit in the warehouse, unshipped. I was advised last night that the package would be shipped within 24 working hours". That is a cryptic response

Came fast and packaged well.Rotors are from China and I usually do not use parts from China as they are usually cheap and need replacing sooner than OEM. But I will try these rotors. Hopefully they don't warp.Brake pads are from India. Hopefully they are not with asbestos.

Ordered some gaskets and then wanted to cancel as i ended up not liking the $20 shipping fee and then couldn’t cancel because as soon as you pay you can’t cancel. Would’ve been nice to know before i placed my order. Parts did come in a week early tho so that’s a good point but i didn’t even get my first order discount and when i emailed them about it they didn’t even send me the full discount they sent me $5. therefore i will probably never order from parts avatar again. but go them for the fast shipping.

I like the online shopping and the competitive prices you can have on the parts. I am a long time shopper at parts avatar , last order I received I got 2 different parts for the same part number in boxes, as shown in pics , I had no trouble installing them as they fit perfectly , but I cotacted them on chat and spent 1 hours to make them understand what happened with me should not happened to some one else. All I wanted then to check their inventory for more of these issues, I wasn't looking for the refund, but their customer service people are chinese website alibaba customer service, will never understood but keep telling I ordered the wrong product. hehe. I am not looking for a refund but address the issue I am willing to change my rating to 5

One star for now will edit if issue resolved.4 star for prices and shipping in a timely manner.However 1 star for after care service let me explainReceived my parts and upon opening the box realized the part in the box was not the proper part(see pics) notice different part # on part than on the box,so these things happen and so no big deal will just get in touch with company and get the proper set sent,well not so easy I guess !They want me to place a new order and pay for it again and in the meantime they will send a shipping label for wrong part but will not issue refund until part received and processed(up to 2 weeks)Pics clearly show mistake so why not just say whoops our bad sending you new part and label to ship back wrong part.Edit changed to 3 star as they have at least responded to my issue in a timely manner.And to be clear I don't blame them for the wrong part in box,clearly this was just a misboxing from the manufacturer(wagner)and beyond Parts Avatars control.I was just frustrated with the return process.I will be ordering from them again as they do have great pricing and free fast shipping on any orders over $100 Hard to beat that !

I ordered 2 windshield wipers from Parts Avatar. After I installed them, I noticed both of them don't fit properly. There is over an inch of space between the driver's side wiper and the windshield, and the edge of the passenger side wiper also isn't in full contact with the windshield.I contacted two different customer service employees at Parts Avatar and explained the situation to them and that I would like to return them for a refund. They looked up the wipers and stated that they're compatible with my car, but the pictures clearly showed otherwise. They then stated that I'm responsible for return shipping costs and that I would be charged a 30% restocking fee on top of that.I'm very confused why I'm responsible for the costs of Parts Avatar's mistake. Why would I have to pay the return shipping fees when the wrong fitting parts were sent to me, and then be charged 30% to restock the wrong fitting parts. Does that make any sense at all?Does your own return policy on your own website not state these points?-A 15% restocking fee will be charged upon all product returns which are not the result of our mistake.-Prepaid return shipping labels can only be provided if product is Damaged on Arrival, Defective or Website error. Images of shipment box and parts can be requested.Firstly, the mistake was on your end, so the restocking fee should be waived, according to your own policy. Secondly, as you can see in the picture, there either was a website error or the parts were defective, as they do not fit properly, so why wouldn't I be sent a prepaid return shipping label? The plastic packaging the item came in was also damaged, as you can see in the photo.
