Great products and service! From the sales person to the installers, we can't say enough about how great this experience has been. The sales person (Matt) was very knowledgeable and brought up points that none of the other companies had mentioned. His concern was if we stayed with a 5 panel window, we'd have less actual 'view' because of the vinyl in between the glass. He had examples of 4 and 5 panel windows and addresses to go see first hand before we made a decision and we LOVE the 4 panel window. We hadn't even considered going from 5 to 4 before speaking with him and we are so glad we did. This was supposed to be a 2-day installation but due to weather delays they had one day to get it done. They double up the crew and showed up early in the a.m. and worked basically non-stop through the day. They got it finished by 5 and it looks great!! We highly recommend Rock Solid!

Recently had a patio door installed by Dave and Jaden (Little Guy). 2nd time we have used Rocksolid and will continue to do so because of the quality of the installation. Just a side note thanks to Dave for the tip on toasting Banana Bread

We recently got our front door installed by Rock Solid and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We love the finished product! We replaced our double doors in our home with a single door with 2 side windows for a safer and more modern look to our home and it was the best decision we've ever made. We love our new door, it has completely changed the entrance of our home we get constant compliments on it. Rock Solid was amazing to work with from start to finish, the design process to installation they took impeccable care of us and accommodated our schedules and made sure were pleased before leaving! We had a bay window removed and a patio door installed. From the sales visit to the installation everything was done professionally. They were able to get in a day earlier then expected. They install crew covered my floors and protected my property. They were quick to work without sacrificing quality. The cleaned up any mess that was made and you couldn't tell that the door hasnt been there forever. I am very happy with the whole process and will be using them in the future.
