My uncle was admitted here 10 days ago. He was 83 and very ill with cancer riddled through his frail body. He passed today with warmth and professionalism all around him. Thankyou for your full care ❤

I had to visit this Emerg Department this weekend and I can't say enough how amazed I was with my care. I was seen right away and action was taken with no delay. I had a male nurse when I first arrived and I wish I knew his name he was absolutely amazing. He was basically a one man show and was extremely knowledgeable. Coming from a city to a country town hospital, I wasnt sure what to expect but i was truly grateful for the care I received. Thank you to the doctor and nurses for all you did.

Excellent service. Everyone cares about the patients and their family. Wonderful treatment from all concerned including the housekeeping staff and the kitchen. I cannot give a better recommendation.

Absolutely awful experience, I have been waiting over 3 and a half hours and haven’t heard a thing. The doctor that was supposed to see me got here after we did, and left to go on break after seeing maybe 1 patient. He came back at about the 3 hour mark, with no patients to attend to. I still have not been seen though. I have had to sit in pain for almost 4 hours now, for an appointment that will likely be 5 minutes long.

Waited for 6 hrs with what I believe is glass in my foot. Did not clean my foot off or bend over to look at my foot. Told me make appointment with my doctor and wear jel insoles. Thought could have given it a little more attention. Not vary professio!

Prefer Four counties to St Thomas where waiting is 6 hours and horribly run and disorganized. I was seen Wednesday March 15th after work and was taken very quickly. I don't even think there was a wait. Everyone was quick and efficient. Only thing I didn't like is the nurse ripped all my EKG cords at once and bragged to the other nurse that she enjoyed doing it. Well the patients don't enjoy it! Please take each cord off gently one by one.

What a horrible hospital. Everytime I come here it's unbelievable waiting periods and not even 3 minutes seeing an actual doctor before they dismiss you. Today we waited 3 hours with no movement from anyone and we finally decided to leave to go to another hospital. Last time i come to this crummy little place for anything and I strongly recommend everyone else to avoid it if possible.

Took my spouse in for a high blood pressure read. The nurse who I did not get her name, was incredible, very personable. Dr. Liam-Thank you, I loved how you just told him like it was!! More Doctors need to do this. Amazing hospital and right in my backyard!

When you walk in at midnight and the nurse uggs and says a doctor will see you at 7am....that should tell you they shouldn't be operating as an emergency department
