Nice facility, good use of natural light but could have done better.... They have underground parking for those cold winter days! Opening officially on the 16th of February.

i was in gr 12 back in my country when i first came here in canada my mom neither do i knew anything about the good schools here in toronto so we only relied to the google reviews such as this while searching for good schools & apparently the reviews here are mostly great! so i enrolled myself here bcos it’s an all girls school, it has a very good review & it’s only 15-20 mins away from our place thru bus & my mom also preferred these advantages long story short i started schooling here but since i didn’t have enough credits i repeated gr 12 for a yr w/c is fine w/ me cos i expected so much from the school that they’re going to help me in every step of the way so there are two guidance councillors in the school they’re ms A & ms B so ms A is much better than ms B cos if you talk to ms B you can’t understand her & sometimes she underestimates students’ capabilities same as w/ my experience if you first enroll in this school you’ll be sent to the guidance & will be asked if what program you would take after hs so for me i told her either law or economics & in her eyes there was a disbelief idk why but later on i understood so i didn’t go to ms B anymore cos i’ve talked to a number of students about her & they told me that they usually avoided her & talk to ms A instead bcos she doesn’t give thorough explanation to your questions so as the months passed by while i was asking for more information about the college or university thingy cos i basically didn’t know how it works here so i would go to ms A directly it was better but she would always tell me that law or eco are very hard programs even if that time my grades in my courses were mostly 85 up except for computer cos i didn’t like it they just gave me that course bcos other courses were not available anymore & they’ve always pushed me to consider going to college & take med programs instead i also have a friend who wanted to take architecture someday but she told me, “they laughed at my dreams” i thought at first that was something humorous when she told me that way but it was not when she told me the whole story i tried my best to analyse the situation first & i tried to defend the guidance’s side cos maybe she misunderstood them but yr passed by & i experienced being degraded too like the question “are you sure you’re going to pursue this career?” i mean i don’t know what intentions they might have maybe they’re asking me cos they might have seen that something lacked in me but whatever the reasons are being doubted by someone no matter how much you challenge yourself you’ll still feel a lil low esp when you’re trying your best that was really terrible for me anw i discussed things w/ my other classmates & acquaintances in school they were telling me how rude & insensitive sometimes the guidance were & also the other staffs in school i don’t want to be blunt i’m sorry but i don’t know how to put my words in english to be nicer since i’m not a native english speaker i just wanna say that there would be students who’d look down on you esp if you’re not a very good english speaker i can’t explain further cos i can’t find the right words to say but in terms w/ school facilities, the teachers & the learnings sorry but this school for me is not highly recommended! so if you’re looking for a high standard learning school this one is probably not the greatest school that you should go in fact i have a number of friends who transferred from different schools after a yr & me as well bcos the school don’t have enough courses to offer esp if you’re planning to go to university i felt so lost in this school furthermore collegewise i think you might consider this school but what i highly recommend to transferred or international students esp new comers who are reading this is that before enrolling to this school consider booking an appointment & try to know the school community well & after that you decide.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS SCHOOL. Some of the staff in this school are disrespectful and they don't even try to understand where your coming from. The principle is very kind and gentle but the vice principle is the worst. Some of the teachers are very nice and kind, they also care about you but some teachers don't even care and will try to give you as much stress as they could, they also make things harder than they should be. The guidance counselors are fine, but one of the guidance counselor doesn't check when I email her and when I talked to her about my career she said We will talk about it
