My car was rear ended while packed and someone recommended Quality First Collision. I took the car for their assessment and the way they paid attention to details and captured damages I did not see made me insist they'd be the ones to fix the car.The car was fixed like brand new and the time frames they gave for each stage was met. Communication was also very clear and timely.Highly recommended!

They are really really good at matching colour plus doing any other repairs.They provide excellent customer service.

Its rare when you see a business that is genuinely interested in making the customer happy. Quality First Collision repair is managed in a very conscientious way by Harpreet and the team. They do an amazing job and all with a smile. Its a tough task getting parts and fixing vehicles, but these folks know what they are doing. Great service, lovely people and excellent work. What more can you ask for. I just brought my vehicle back. Fantastic!

If you want work done in a reasonable amount of time, with good customer service and effective communication and no excuses….. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Not only did it take over 3 months just to send my photos to ICBC for my claim… I had to reach out and contact them because of ZERO communication from mid December through to mid March.Upon reaching out and finally getting ahold of the one person who had my photos in his mobile phone (this took 2 separate calls as the first call I was talking to someone who had no idea why my pictures weren’t attached to my file) … I was given the run around about shop issues of equipment failure causing shutdowns and delays (“we continue to have issues with our booth” “we have to do repairs on our booth” etc). After about a week I get a call stating they’ve been approved for the work and to bring my car in and it should be done in roughly 3-4 days.After over a week of hearing nothing, I again have to reach out to find out that their booth has once again broken down and my car still hasn’t been completed.2 days shy of 2 full weeks and they finally call me to say my car is ready for pick up… to which he says the tank on the courtesy car isn’t full (this is after 30 mins of sitting in traffic after refill). I ask if it’s possible to charge me the $5-10 through the debit machine as traffic is crazy right now… to which he tries to say it’ll be $20 and when I refuse to overpay that much he send me to the pump down the road for $9.73 worth of gas.The cherry on top… when I tell him that all week his courtesy vehicle has been giving me maintenance warning messages re: tire and oil/ filter. He just shrugged it off and answered with “yeah that’s fine”.The customer should not under any circumstances have to chase you down for an answer, you probably shouldn’t be accepting new clients with your shop in such shambles (as your booth seems to CONSTANTLY be broken or shut down), and I will not only never recommend this location to anyone, but I will guaranteed be telling them to avoid it like the plague.If I could, I would give it zero stars.

Owner is a very polite and kind man. I told him my concern and he assisted me without hesitation. Took care of my problem with a much cheaper solution than i originally anticipated. I highly recommend Quality first collision to anyone looking for repair work to be done on their car. Will definitely come again.

During consultation always insist them to give you detailed job card. Because their saying is different from their doing as I went with my car with a promise of front and back bumper repair. After the repair I was denied that front bumper liner was irrepareable which should be told in first place. Also they gave me paint stained interior too which I have to clean.

Very helpful every employee have kindfull nature. I met an incident and called quality first at that time and they helped totally , indicated for every step to take. Everytime Anytime ready. THANKS TO QUALITY FIRST.

Your car qfc 7 ran through a stop and almost ran into my car. Bad manners for a car that had advertising for this company. I won't do business here if this is how you handle your vehicles, couldn't imagine how you handle your customers.
