christmas 2021 i was shopping for a gold chain. i had a decent budget and the salesperson kept showing me silver chains because apparently they didn’t want me spending money on the gold ? i was trying to be polite by telling them i wasn’t looking for silver so i didn’t want to buy anything. the sales person then said that it was on sale and to buy it in case it sold and worst case i can just return it if i change my mind. idk why but i bought it and went to return it the next week. the lady working said that they can’t return discounted jewelry, which i didn’t understand because on the receipt it said that rule applied to items over 13% off (i think that was the number). the discount was 10% so i didn’t understand the issue. i told her exactly what happened that that i was told to buy it and return it since i wasn’t 100% sure on it. she said i could exchange. so i found a gold chain out of the few options. this chain has broken two times now. they won’t repair for free because it’s not “faulty”. both times it broke from nothing, my boyfriend was wearing it and ut just fell off from snapped links. all that can be done to fix it is to weld it and it gets shorter every time (it was already a little too short because again, they didn’t have many options and i was stuck shopping there). very disappointed and taking it to a different place to be fixed

What a terrible experience I had at this location. I walked in there was 3 older women working I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. Then a man walked in and all 3 of them went over to help him. It wasn’t u til about 4 min i asked if one would be able to help and then and older blind women can over to help me and she was very rude very unwelcoming. Before leaving this review I read a few reviews that were very similar to mine where the older women are rude and poor customer service and I just wonder why hasn’t anything changed?!

Good deal on a nice watch. The salesman was a bit off/creepy. Wait too long to check out with him, he was very slow, etc.

Was super helpful picking out a new chain and got a super good deal. Will be where I'd go back for another.

I have been to Charm Diamond Centre twice in the last month, and both times I was treated with care and respect.The first sales representative I dealt with was Traci, she was courteous, helpful and very understanding with my budget helping me navigate my way around knowing next to nothing about diamonds or rings without rushing me and letting me take my time.The second time I went was with my fiancé to return the original ring I had bought and we were greeted by Fran.Fran was absolutely amazing, personable, friendly and helpful in all of our choices. She also let us take our time and gave us a lot of information and knowledge in the purchase we were making. She made the return transaction seamless and explained the warranty with patience and kindness knowing we were making a big decision.No matter what the price of the ring you’re looking for these ladies will take their time to please you and have you leaving happy and satisfied.We’re hoping the ring is just as quality built as these two lovely ladies ! Time will tell.

If I'm buying jewelry in the mall for a special someone I always shop here. Just recently dealt with David, he was a great help and very professional.

My fiancée bought a chain here 1 year ago. Was lied to about the return policy by an employee. Forced to keep it and then was worn for 2 weeks and broke. They refused to fix it so we went elsewhere. Was worn again for 3 weeks and It broke IN A DIFFERENT SPOT. Bad store. Bad employees. Bad customer service. I’ve told many others. Good luck with your failing business.

The best place to get your rings. Wendy went above and beyond to help find the right ring and stay within my budget. She was beyond helpful and friendly and made sure it was the best experience. Definitely recommend and definitely ask for Wendy

Some older white women working here are pretty much blatantly racist. We stood there waiting for someone to help us and were completely ignored while they helped white people after us.I was looking for solid 14kt rings which they didn’t have. No biggie. I was also looking for pre-tarnished silver chains which they also didn’t have. Then they told me to “go to Ardene’s” if you want pre-tarnished.Ended up buying both from other stores in the mall instead.Reading the other reviews here looks like our experience wasn’t an isolated event.
