Umm.. Tim Hortons.. what can be wrong :)Well in this case the drive through line is usually pretty long. Inside the store, everything is clean, staff is good and service is pretty fast!

Very bad service from Miss Kylie working at this store. Asked for less ice in a drink. They served with more than full ice and asked her for the drink I ordered. She picked the ice from the drink she served me without actually replacing the order. I did not pay for a drink that is finger delicious! Teach your Staffs about customer service and satisfaction!

Ayden was very polite and professional. He made sure that there was enough rice cooked before he pacedmy order for the veggie wrap I ordered. So mice to see from around man.

There are always large lines in the drive-thru in the restaurant. What is amazing is the staff is super fast.... so far no mistakes in my orders staff never forget to smile.

Do not go to this timhortons. Better to wait and go somewhere down the street. Guy working messed up my order when I clearly said chocolate chill, gave me a strawberry chill instead, and when I drove around the rude manager refused to admit her mistake and did not refund me. Was beyond disappointed with the service and this is not expected of a timhortons anywhere. (April 14, 2023)

I am 34 years old and have frequented many different Tim hortons’ over the years. Almost zero negative experiences at any one of them, at any time over my life all service food and such has been largely positive. I have been in Cambridge for about a year now. There’s three different locations I frequent. The other two I have had no issues with whatsoever. This one however, is another story. There’s always something. Today I was overcharged, again. Served a breakfast sandwich w three of the smallest most pathetic pieces of bacon I have ever seen. If it’s not one thing it’s another, from bad washroom maintenance, to messed up orders and consistently rude and arrogant staff. Felt it necessary to write a review to highlight the consistently poor level of service being offered at this location. Will also recognize the other locations at five stars as is fair.

They wanted to charge me to add mayo to my sandwich. They’ve never done it before. I refused to pay for it because they forget to put it on half the time anyways. Went to the timmies down the road and they added it for no charge just like always… so not sure why this timmies is trying to scam me. Maybe I’d be willing to pay more if they could actually get my order right for once

By far the worst experience from a tims. I asked for a less ice Blackberry Yuzu and the drive thru worker named Kalie gave the drink with extra ice. I informed her about this, she just took the drink and literally took out the ice with her hand and gave me back the drink back just half full. We pay 3$ for this and get bad service and bad drinks from these workers. Such a shame!

Can’t beat a Tim Hortons for coffee or tea and a quick breakfast. Anytime we are travelling, it is our go to as the food and service is consistent, has free wifi, and a great place to connect with locals for tips on where to go/what to see.

As a GCI Student I come here all the time for lunch or an after school snack. The people are incredible and the food is great. A couple of the staff know me and they greet me with a smile. They're joys to see and be around. I've also observed them knowing a regular's order the instant he walked in. I love this place.
