Dollarama

Respect to all people on cash at Dollarama especially the girl with black hair. Very great service even though being on cash isn't the best. Customers need to have more respect for cashiers.

I was in the store today. The line was long because of short staffing. I just wanted to say well done to the young woman at the only till open with no one available to help. She kept the line moving, continued to smile and even managed to stay polite when dealing with a rude customer.!

Today evening 14 may 2023 the women who was on cashier was really rude and non sense she did not reply me for hey and thank you please give some training to her.

I have only purchased two items from this particular Dollarama location and was not satisfied with the quality of either of them. I understand that consumers should not expect premium quality supplies at this ridiculously low price point, however I would expect that an items be functional out of the box, at the very least.I purchased a stapler as I needed one to use immediately. I opened the package in my car after purchasing the item and quickly realized that it was broken. The stapler was not functional and appeared to have a broken plastic piece inside it.I purchased a second identical product immediately and again opened it in my vehicle. I was able to staple exactly one piece of paper before this second stapler also broke in the same way the first one had been broken initially.Again, I understand the level of quality expected from Dollarama is in fact quite low, compared to other suppliers of similar goods, but I would however expect an item to be functional upon purchasing it. What is the point of manufacturing a product, shipping it to a store, stocking it on the store's shelves for weeks, having the product be purchased by a customer only to be rendered useless upon being taken out of the package?As most people know at this point, Dollarama has a no return policy designed to discourage customers from disputing issues such as this with the store's employees.Overall, this is a clean, well-lit location with friendly staff with utterly useless products filling its shelves. Considering there is a Staples location so close to this store it is a wonder that Dollarama even bothers to stock these kinds of pathetically manufactured items.

The store is good, lots of items. The girl works at cashier was rude. The item I brought was 1.25, but she charged 2 for each. I was questioning about the price. She threw the receipt without asking. I asked her check the price again, she insisted she is right. The girl was working June 17 between 6 to 630 pm. Please check the receipt when you purchasing.

Always fully stalked, friendly and polite staff.

Cashier was super disrespectful kicked me out of the store for walking down the isle and nearly stomped on my hand when I was attempting to pick up a fallen product to place back on shelves this is a disgrace never again will I be going to this store!! Unbelievable! Workers name was BETHANY.

Awesome store to pick everything we needed to make gift baskets

Never fully stocked when I go in, I have to go to another one just for one item. Last time I went there. There was skids on the floor right when you came in. And the new lesson wipes were just on a skid to take. Can't even put stock away.

I go there all the time as I work in the plaza I waited in line today nov 27 2022 around 3:48 for 10 min to pay for a older left the items on the counter and left not good customer service workers there are nice and helpful but need to watch for line in the store
