So, after receiving likely hundreds of marketing calls from air duct cleaning companies, I decided to move forward with a firm that I was confident in backing their services, the Home Depot cleaning services. The crew Leaders name was Gord and the team of three did an exceptional job. Very courteous professional and, took the time to make sure we covered all the areas. Upon completing the service, I was given the bill and signed off with a really checking it because I was confident again in the Home Depot. After they had left and I reviewed my copy of the invoice I found I had been charged for seven more vents then I had indicated at the start. To their credit when I called and voice this concern, I received a call back from Gord and he acknowledged my concern spoke to his guys and realize there was a miscommunication and He adjusted my bill. With a team like that, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend the service!

I called through Home Depot thinking this would have to be a reputable duct cleaning provider and I was very doubtful when I made the appointment. I was pleasantly surprised however, when they actually showed up to my property. David arrived earlier than expected and was very thorough with the service. He showed me photos of before and after and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. The service was reasonably priced and I can already feel the difference when I breathe. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to clean their ducts and will be cleaning my ducts more often going forward with David and his team. I wish them only success and high google ratings!

Austin was assigned as our Airduct Cleaning Technician. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Originally I had planned for only one service but he educated me on sanitizing the ducts as well. Great job Austin the air is cleaner in our home again.

I did not see all the positive reviews prior, but Marc did an amazing job. We ended adding additional services as or furnace and humidifier was also filthy, but I think it was all worth it. Marc was very professional and polite. He gave me as lot of tips and advise on how to maintain everything and most importantly he was taking before and after pictures as he was working. Amazing stuff. Will recommend!
