Iuliana and the girls are always amazing!She lets me know what she’s doing each step of the service and makes me feel right at home. I will 100% be coming back to see her every month to keep my skin glowing :)Front desk staff are super welcoming and made sure I was aware of everything they were doing to keep everything as sanitary as possible. They even let me know that they had a few extra precautions due to the recent outbreak downtown.If you’ve been wanting a little self care or just skincare advice in general, you are in excellent hands here!

I went to cosmetic culture for an infrared sauna treatment and the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly, full of energy and made me feel very comfortable. The spa was very clean and relaxing. After my sauna I immediately booked a spa package for my mom for her birthday.Amazing experience all around and would highly recommend cosmetic culture spa

Received an IV drip - staff at the front were welcoming and professional. The process of getting the drip was seamless - the environment was very clean, my nurse was super personable and I am already feeling better. 10/10Highly recommend! Will be back.

I’ve been a member for nearly a year now. I was originally spending $200 a month just on vitamin IVs through my naturopath doctor (vitamin IVs are a game changer for my energy!). It didn’t leave me with much money for things I considered “extras” like facials, laser treatments, brow wax, saunas etc. A friend told me about this place and I am so grateful. I can now actually afford to get everything I want to do to take care of myself- and it’s all in the same place. My skin is the best it’s ever been, my energy is at an all time high… the girls have been great changing my services as my skin needs change- they are super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

I truly enjoy the sauna session experience. From the welcoming staff to the little touches. The room is set up so nice, the before and after elixir shots are the BEST and ultimately so relaxing and nourishing. Always looking forward to my next visit!

Beyond amazing! The service is second to none. The minute we walked in, we were greeted with the most engaging and polite staff ever. Even booked another session immediately after. Cosmetic culture tries to promote themselves as a high end med spa, unfortunately they have been struggling to uphold the customer service that you would find at an actual high end establishment for years since they opened. Starting with management, doctors and nurses who provide med services, as well as the aestheticians and administrators having an insurmountable rate of turn over. To the staff having no customer service training, to the booking systems and technology they use having constant glitches…I gave this place a try for years hoping and believing they would finally figure out how to get it together. Sadly, they launched a new promotion which I thought after taking a break from the business for a year things really might have turned around for them. They haven’t…Cosmetic culture has a great marketing team and that is about it. Don’t be fooled by promotional pricing, if you are looking for a high end med spa experience.. this is not it!Save your money, because you get what you pay for.It really is unfortunate, but you would get the same experience from a three ring circus.Just a public service announcement to anyone looking for the real deal behind these guys.

This establishment was so welcoming and clean. I am always a bit nervous when attending a beauty establishment, but upon arriving I felt instantly comfortable. Dr.Kay has wonderful bedside manor and was really informative about the product. I am more than happy with my results. My lip filler and Botox turned out beautifully. I will certainly be returning to the cosmetic culture!

I went here for my Botox and I loved it! Dr Brent Barlow goes above and beyond all my expectations and I love that girl Brooklyn at the front! All smiles and good vibes in here, I would definitely recommend coming here, I can’t wait to do more treatments with them!
