Swan Valley Lodge

Grear carers and nurses, but they are overworked by a top heavy management.

My mom spent the last 3 weeks of her life in Swan Valley. She could not praise the staff enough. My mom did not have a phone, but everytime I called the nurses and staff were more than willing to make sure I connected with her. Always friendly and polite. Huge thank you to Colleen who helped my mom with mailing parcels and settling her life. My mom thought highly of you and so do I. You all made a very difficult situation so much easier. Prayers and blessings to you all.

The staff are amazing . They genuinely love my mom and I couldnt ask for me . Thanks staff , it's a job I could never do .

trying to contact my mother... no one answers the phone. I am from Texas- this is not good! Hopefully this will change. Help!

Mom's home for now. She tells me it's a good place to be. Lots of help for her and good care.
