Barrier is a wonderful company. We have had them work with us on two separate projects. They are really responsive and put in a amazing work.

Barrier Construction is always responsive and is great at figuring out a solution for what needs to be done. I highly recommend them.

We have had Barrier out to our home several times throughout the years for new windows and window repair. most recently they repaired a broken window for me. they are always very professional, great communications, on time and on budget. Matt and his crew are awesome to work with.

We've used Barrier Construction for multiple projects. All of their contractors were very professional with excellent communication. They did excellent work and I was impressed with how clean they left the job site daily. Our good experience has lead to using them multiple times. I would recommend.

We never thought to have a moisture test done when buying our new home, which turned out to be a huge mistake. We needed to have all the stucco removed from our home because the walls were completely rotted. Apparently the original builder didn't flash anything correctly and water had been flowing into the walls for years. We were beyond devastated. Not only were we going to have to have everything fixed but we were dreading having to live in a construction site in our new house!! We met with a few contractors including Barrier who came very highly recommended. We decided to hire Barrier after meeting with Matt and I couldn't imagine having had a better experience. Everyone that worked on the house was very professional and respectful. They really went above and beyond to make sure our property was clean everyday and that we weren't inconvenienced. And the end result is just beautiful. I can't recommend Barrier enough.

We have used nearly every service Barrier offers, including stucco moisture and mold remediation, exterior renovation, and general contracting. They have removed and replaced several windows and doors, completed trim work, painting, ceiling repair inside and on the exterior of our home, replaced gutters, and arranged for our new carpet and the refinishing of our hardwood flooring.Obviously, this all took a while which means we have spent quite a bit of time with Matt and the people who work with him. Since that work was completed, we have called on Barrier as we’ve come up with more projects. Everyone we have met and worked with has done an excellent job for us. They have consistently responded thoroughly and thoughtfully with ideas, as well as with skilled, courteous, and productive employees. We’re very satisfied to know who to call when we have challenging projects.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would not recommend Barrier Exteriors to my worst enemy. To start with they gave me a proposal. I asked questions about the prices and I have several emails that state it could be less than the proposal but it would not be more without getting my approval. In the end NOTHING was less than the proposal even though we changed things so all of the materials proposed would not have been used.In the end this is what we are left with. They installed this window and repaired below it for 6,900 and if you look closely the window is not even installed correctly. My new contractor said it will have to come back out and be fixed or the issues we had before will repeat themselves. “Caulk does not make a wall” were his words. Look at the gaps around the window that were left open. I guess I can't attach photos here, but will also post on Facebook.All of the stucco repair they have done is all cracked and it is not even 6 months old. The original stuff on the house looks better then the part they have replaced.
