I absolutely love this store and it's selection of brands - it is very honestly my go-to store here in Victoria. Claudia and Zoe are so wonderful and their impeccable customer service is rare these days, and something I genuinely appreciate. I will continue to recommend this store to anyone and thank these fabulous ladies for their amazing service and style.

My favorite store! Bernstein is my go-to for work clothes, fancy dresses and even casual ts. They have it all and at price points that match my budget for quality items I'll keep reaching for. It's also a great place to pick up birthday presents, send you husband!!! I got an amazing Lusher purse for my birthday and my mom knows to get me gift cards from my fav shop too. This boutique is such a beautiful and rare gem! An amazing curation of designers, skin care and luxury. The attention I received to help find the perfect fit and style was top shelf - I felt like I had my own personal stylists. I found my perfect pair of jeans and the most beautiful boots ever - best selection of unique hi-end fashion in town! I’ll be back for a facial too:) thank you everyone xo

The Bernstein & Gold spa is my go-to place for a facial. I love the custom treatments from skin-magician Jamie, and the Eminence products she uses are divine. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough great things about Bernstein and Gold. The owner and staff are amazing. They know their products really well, where they are made and how. They choose products that are made ecologically if they are from abroad and choose local whenever possible. They are expert at choosing the right garment and fit for any occasion or just for casual wear. Claudia and Zoe are the kind of personal service you want in a store. Jamie is an amazing esthetician. I had the best facial I have ever had from her and I have had facials world wide over many years. Incredible team! Thank you!

Clothing store in Downtown Victoria with nice women's clothes. There is a good selection of shoes here and my fiancé purchased a pair of sandals she really likes and wears often. Great store worth visiting.

This is my favourite store in Victoria for clothing and fashion accessories. The staff are always super friendly and helpful plus they educate themselves on the brands and the products they carry. They are selective and pick pieces that are of the best quality, which is honestly hard to come by in a Victoria. They carry brands that you can’t find elsewhere In the city which is refreshing and a nice change from the other boutiques which carry the exact same products as the store next door and the store next door to that...They still honor shopping local, but they branch out as well. I love their denim selection! Aside from clothing their jewelry selection is amazing as well! be sure to look at the pieces in store by Lizzie Fortunato!! They have a wonderful selection of spa essentials as well :)

Bernstein is Gold!!!If you want beautiful clothes and Jewelry that you will love forever this is a girls one stop shop for everything lovely including an amazing skincare line and a dayspa. The prices are great, the products are high quality and cutting edge and the customer care is fabulous. A decadent shopping experience even for a casual window shopper, or simply anyone who loves beautiful things....

I've been going to Bernstein for my skincare for over a year know. Zoë is incredible at knowing exactly what I need to have radiant healthy skin for my very sensitive skin type. She even picked out makeup that was exactly my shade just by looking at a picture. Shipping is immediate and beautify packed. I've never had skin like this before in my life! I'm so happy I found out about this amazing little shop and I couldn't recommend their service more.
