I was doing a favor to my sister since she needs her watch to be repaired so I went here since my coworker told me that this place was good. Their service was surprisingly fast and I got the repaired watch of my sister quick. I only waited for a few minutes and I even had a nice chat with their staff I forgot to ask his name. Their necklaces look lovely as well.

It was my worst experience with buying jewelry. The quality of the necklace was so bad. They didn’t even cleaned it and it needed a better polish and quality. They sold a very small piece for $150 and when I called them back regarding it, the guy had the worst response I have ever had. They don’t even do a refund and they said you can do whatever you want to do. They have the worst customer service and the worst quality. I will never buy anything from them again and don’t suggest anyone to buy anything from them.

Fantastic service, exceptional prices. Here, those are not just stock phrases for an online review. Went in for a watch strap (they had the PERFECT one), walked out with a whole new ME. I now think of jewelry in a completely different way: I am adorning the temple of my body with gifts to the HOLY. You don't get that anywhere else. These guys are truly unique and their pieces, their knowledge, their CARE, all reflect that.

I love this places. They have various chains and different plans for payment. They also repair watches and they give you one year warranty for the the battery. Thank you shone and Debby for everything. I will shop here again as usual.

Perfect place to go if you need repair for your jewelry. Service is fast! I got my ring resized and fixed after a day only which takes longer than others. Staffs are also very nice and friendly specially Dipti! They also charge way cheaper compared to other shops that I went to. Glad I found their place, this is now my go to jewelry repair shop!

Got a pair of diamond earrings for my fiancee few weeks ago. She loved it. I was concern about the price as diamonds are always on the higher side and I had a tight budget. But they’re too kind that they gave me half off the price. The quality was so so good and my fiancée got lots of compliments for the earrings. Definitely going back there again.
