Roofing Guaranteed

Cheque has arrived, and has cleared the bank.Shaun Young, Owner/Installer of Roofing Guaranteed, your cheque has not as yet arrived. It has been a week. I will post when it does and when it clears my bank.Previously: I accepted a contract proposal from Roofing Guaranteed on May 22 to have our roof done....and paid a deposit to secure the contract. I was told it would be 2 or 3 weeks before the job could be started. I messaged the contractor June 27, and once again was told it would be 2 or 3 weeks. It is now July 22. What are my chances of getting my deposit back?

I called Shaun the day before Labour Day weekend. He came by on the next business day, and gave us a great written Estimate. As a senior, I appreciated his patience in answering all of my questions. A week later Shaun and his friendly crew spent the day completing the job as agreed. We are very pleased with the quality of our new Roof and Skylight. Thank you again Shaun.

Called to reattach my eaves after a wind storm. Owner arrived at scheduled time and gave a surprisingly low quote. Even though they were busy a worker arrived in a couple of hours and work was done quickly and efficiently. Thanks for a good job

After having several quotes from a variety of roofing contractors for our barn I saw a sign for Roofing Guaranteed on a lawn and stopped to ask the home owner about them. Shaun came the next day to give an estimate and we had the roof done within two weeks. We were very happy with the service, speed of installation and it was affordable for us. Thank you! You guys were amazing. Love my our roof. No worries over the winter.

I used Shaun's services to replace my eaves through and facia in Welland however he did not the complete job as quoted. He overcharged me for additional work and did not complete it as promised after waiting a month for him to start!! He is extremely unresponsive, does not answer calls, texts or even emails. 0 customer service. Save yourself the headache and use someone else!

Dont hire these guys! They told me my roof would take 2 day? It took 2 weeks ive nevrr seen a roof take this long i could have done it faster myself. It took forever because they were on my roof smoking weed. The whole time. I couldnt breathe it smelled like weed so bad. Honestly i dont care if they would have peed in my yard but one of shauns employees went #2 in my backyard i kno because i happen to look at back window while he was doing it then he tried to cover it up. I dont own a dog sorry man not gunna fly! I had to clean up a grown mans poop out of my yard.

DO NOT use this guy!!! Totally unreliable with a cowboy SUB CONTRACT crew. Said they would be back to start the job in 2 weeks, almost 4 to begin. The crew worked for 2 days then took off for 3 days( was told it was a 1 day job) Needed some metal flashing, these guys used 2 pieces of lumber as a break!!! They crushed most of the mesh gutter/leaf guard.I have a covered back porch, they did not adjust the nail length so now the entire plywood underside is covered with protruding nails!! I am still picking up nails from the driveway 3 weeks later. Had a couple of leaks, shawn came once to see and said he would return the next day to repair, never saw him again i had to get up to see and found that his cowboy crew had missed caulking in places!!! I own many rental places so have had quite a few roofs replaced, this was without a doubt the worst and most unprofessional work ever!! So save your money and time, use anybody but these clowns!!
