The 2020 corolla they sold me was a car used by a daily car rental company. The salesman told me verbally that it was a lease return. They snuck in that information at the end of delivery by making me sign a paper at rhe complete end. The salesperson denied telling me that it was a lease return. I should have read every document . On top of that, they weren't able to register my car. At first, they told me that it was due to the problem of saaq. I made an appointment with saaq , and they told me that this car could not be registered as it was originally an Ontario car and the Quebec car test was never done. That means I was driving the car for more than 3 weeks illegaly. When I told them they acted very rude. Very unorganized and lack professionalism. I highly recommend not buying from them.

Excellent service for acquiring my new vehicle. My dealer (William) was fantastic during the entire process. He is super friendly and honest about what is the best possible situation regarding your intrests. Same with the rest of the group of people who assisted in this process.(Caroline and Nathalie) Excellent communications during the sale and Contract period. Extremely disappointed. Bad customer service and terrible, inconsistent and unclear communication. We brought in our vehicle that had been stolen and recovered and needed repairs. It has been over a month and we have had to chase after for information/updates on our vehicle. Any communication with this dealership has had with little to no clarity on the situation of our vehicle- we keep getting passed on to the next person who also seems to have no information either. To top it off, we have been refused any temporary replacement car. Now that the car is being sent to the body shop, there is a back order on our parts with no date in sight - this is out of everyone’s control - but still no temporary car replacement. Our insurance has run out of rental coverage since it has been over a month of renting cars. This dealership’s lack of customer service and assistance in this matter has been deplorable.

We recently bought a used RAV4 and our salesperson William was fantastic. He genuinely cared about us and our needs, and we found him to be very honest. I would highly recommend him, and by the way, we love our new car. Thank you William!

I can’t possibly express how happy I am with my experience at this location. Every time I go for my car maintenance, I’m made to feel at ease and treated like a valued customer. It seems Anthony Maciocia is the gentleman that usually helps me out during my appointments and his demeanour and attention are incredible. He is an agent that should be appreciated beyond by his employer.

Awesome service and advice from Samuel!This is my first car purchase so I had many questions. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions immediately. He made the process very relaxing and without pressure. He also offered a test drive so I would feel comfortable with my car choice.When I went to pickup the car, Guillaume was there to help me (as Samuel was off the evening). He explained thoroughly the papers and made sure I understood before I signed anything. He also offered me a detailed demonstration of the car before I left.For a first time car purchase, I had a very pleasant experience at Groupe Park Avenue and I would definitely recommend!

Very bad customer service! Would not recommend this dealership as they dont care if they sell or not !Went in store they dont even bother greeting u standing up, employees there don’t really care about the customers i would recommend whoever is in charge of the dealership must step in to fix that! I understand that toyota and honda are cars that sells but as a customer i deserve a way better services for spending on a brand new car i will def look into an other dealership for future purchase!
