I worked for these ppl before and the Philippino lady there just abruptly submitted my roe for no reason and everytime I called after that she said there's no work!!!Anyway 3 years later, I call again to see if things are the same with them and realised it is...The African woman (lol don't know them by their names) just rudely hangs up on me FOR NO APPARENT REASON...Here's a thing universal,Firstly you offer poor customer service and secondly for your information we MAKE YOU MONEY while u sit in your chairs do a simple job as hanging up on ppl..so maybe ease up on the attitude and RESPECT YOUR WORKERS.Ps. It'd be great if they could speak a word in EnglishCheers

I switched to Universal personnel at the request of an employer I was sent to from a previous temp agency after a highly inappropriate action was performed by an office worker happened, when I went in and signed on with Universal I had received nothing but great treatment from the staff, I have never worried about fulltime employment, in fact I usually have work 6 days a week for the majority of the 4 to 5 years I have been employed through them, there wages have been alot better then other temp agencies as well and come with a good benefit package for those that qualify, I look forward to continue working through them in other fields in the future.

Pay is better than other temp agencies, staff is great, very helpful... At the end of your day, you'll be greatful that you chose them...

Love the new staff, I got an interview and next day they schedule for work. Better than any staffing agencies out there. I'm a university student, I highly recommend this company. They are very flexible and accommodating on my schedule.

Universal Personnel is an excellent company for which to work. Universal dispatchers send workers throughout the lower mainland to work on a temporary basis for some of the most noteworthy construction companies. For example, I had the opportunity to work for large companies, such as Heatherbrae Builders, Polygon Homes and Onni Group. The dispatchers communicate regularly and efficiently with Universal workers and company Supervisors via text messaging and phone calling. The Universal staff is friendly and treats workers kindly. Universal regularly hosts staff events. This company offers a perfect opportunity to get one's foot in the door in the construction industry. I recommend Universal for those looking for entry level work as a Labourer. I would like to thank the dispatchers and management team at Universal Personnel. Thanks for an awesome 14 months! Now, I am moving on to the next chapter of my professional career.
