Staff not too polite.Few times pretty rude not friendly ....

Ladies at the front desk very slow and dont understand their own computer system.Terrible service.

Really great service, clean location and cashier is nice person.It is located at Mavis road near busy mall.

Ordered a bunch of cleaning supplies online for pickup. They did not have the specific toilet paper I ordered and it was cancelled from the order. When I called from the curb to pick-up I asked the attendant on the phone why my toilet paper was cancelled but other customers were having theirs loaded in their cars. The attendant indicated because mine was out of stock but there are others in stock. I was able to place a phone order for the toilet paper that was in stock.Best practice would have been to alert the customer (whether via e-mail or by the person on the phone) that there are alternative products available. This is what PC Express does when they do not have a specific item ordered - they ask if the customer will accept a substitution to another product. Overall happy since I got what I needed however if I did not notice another individual having her/his toilet paper loaded in the car I would have never known.

Pretty good place to fill up gas but the price is a bit higher than other places

Usually a busy gas station. Price is usually on par or maybe 1-2 cents higher because it's at the corner of two major roads

My friends and I brought some propane cylinders to this propane refill station, hoping to get them refilled. The guy works there told us he wouldn’t do it unless we bribe him $20 in cash on top of the bill amount. Some audacity he got! So unprofessional and ridiculous. This guy shouldn’t be working there, he’s ruining the brand and service.

Gas price in par with everyone else- EXCEPT that until 19JUN22, there's a 10¢/L credit, if you use the Canadian Tire Card. After that daye, there will still be a 5¢/L credit, if the Canadian Tire card is used.

Won't buy ammunition here. They require you submit your firearm license (required by the chief firearms officer) and also your drivers license (not required by the chief firearms officer) which contains your address, which they write down. Therefore keeping a master list of where potential firearms and munitions are stored. No other ammunition's retailer follows this practice. When you submit your license number to the chief firearms they know your address. Canadian tire should not. They have a hardcopy list kept were the munitions are stored containing the list of all addresses.

Good location, I only purchase certain items at Canadian Tire, mainly car maintenance products. Also, this location doesn't give you a tough time in case you change your mind and decide to return an item. Good Customer Service.
