Stopped by the Healthy Planet in Burlington to get my wife some rice protein powder… taking a while to find it a specific one which is hard, we came across a woman named Jen who helped us! She was so helpful and kind! Amazing service from her. She really knows her stuff!

Went in today for the first time. They have a great selection of herbs, supplements, vitamins & grocery items. I was amazed with the selection available in store. Signed up for the free membership. Definitely is a place I will be visiting again! Thanks to Kayla for her friendly suggestions.

Healthy Planet - Burlington
I visited the Burlington (Fairview) healthy planet today as I was wanting some help understanding why I was always feeling bloated and holding onto excess weight suddenly when I hadn’t experienced this before as I eat well and exercise daily. Marjorie was amazing at explaining changes that come with women and aging, and recommended what she felt would help without at all being pushy or trying any sales pitches. Marjorie thoroughly explained each supplement and helped me with planning what will be my new daily regime. I’m super excited to start taking what has been recommended and with some time I feel confident that I will feel like myself again and see the results I work so hard to achieve! I have been shopping at Healthy Planet for many years now because I find the lowest prices for all of my supplements. I had such a wonderful experience today talking to the Product Specialist Abeer who was so patient, kind and friendly. She answered all my questions about the products I inquired about and helped me find what best suits my needs. She was very educated and knowledgeable about the different products and brands I was deciding between. I look forward to going back for all my future supplement needs.

I do not like writing negative reviews and it pains me to do so now.Since the management and staff changes at this location, the customer service is minimal at best.I've been a loyal customer of the store since I moved to Burlington over 5 + years ago.My last two experiences dealing with staff and management have been supremely disappointing.We used to love going to the store and interacting with the staff and the manager.Not any longer.The whole environment of the store has no changed.As a customer you are made to feel like you are wasting their time. Very disappointing.We will be shifting our business to the Oakville location.If anyone from Healthy Planet Corporate would like to discuss this further, please comment below and I will reach out.
