Mvr Landscaping And Interlocking

After a lot of research and receiving multiple quotes from a number of landscaping companies (including the company that installed our new pool) we decided to go with Simon. We were not disappointed. They completed our pool deck, regraded our yard, completed sod installation as well as the installation of artificial turf. I really liked Simon’s transparency on his pricing. His workman ship was great. His crew led by Carlos did an amazing job. They left the place spotless when they left. The job turned out great. I will have no hesitation recommending Simon’s company.

We worked with Simon to get our backyard + walkway + porch interlocked. We are so happy with the results. Simon is extremely professional, and proactive. His team works really fast, and they do a fantastic job. They really transformed our space.It was a really big job, and so there were a few challenges along the way, but Simon was so quick to respond, and was always willing to problem solve with us. He is a really awesome person to work it! He is so responsive, and completed the job before the date that we had set as a deadline.The quality of the workmanship is clearly evident in the finished product. We were extremely cautious when we looked for a contractor to renovate our driveway, walkway, and front steps, after our horrible experience with our previous contractor. We chose Simon from Mvr Landscaping after vetting and interviewing a few contractors. Simon’s communication via text was prompt. Him and his crew were very hardworking, professional and polite. Also, they cleaned up all traces of dirt and debris, 10+ in our book! They did an awesome job and we are very pleased. We will be using them again to finish our side walkway, and would absolutely recommend Simon and his team for paver installation work. Thanks for everything!!

We got our landscaping done through MVR landscaping and I must say it has made a remarkable change to the look of the front and backyard of the house. Simon was very patient to take care of the smallest detail that we wanted. The best thing about MVR is that you can make choices to what material you want to put in and although the quote was marginally higher than other landscaping companies , from day one, I was convinced and delighted to mention that the final finish is top notch. We also got our backyard sod replaced by Simon and for the front yard we went with another well known Sod installation company as Simon had a busy schedule. I must say it’s a remarkable difference between the quality and we only regret that we wish we had waited and got the front yard sodding done by Simon as well. We are very happy to refer Simon to our friends and families as he is very professional, responsive and very reliable to work with.Thank you Simon for making our dream project come true :)

Simon and his team did an amazing job removing our rotting wood ground and retaining wall and grass. It was a hand dig job, around a pool.Response time was impeccable, Simon was professional and knowledgeable; he and his team created a backyard that we actually want to look at, and did it on schedule. We are very happy with the work that was done and would recommend 100%.

We selected MVR / Simon after talking to and getting quotes from multiple companies (including a couple referred from friends). Simon stood out with his responsiveness over text, clear and transparent pricing (clearly separating materials and labour costs, which provided clarity and choice) and honest opinions/ideas on the project. His choice of material suppliers are good and overall a very satisfying experience.The scope of the project was sizeable - including interlock repair, new interlocking installation, grading and sodding a large area and backyard lighting. We also expanded the scope to fix some issues with our side walkway with our neighbour.Simon and crew (including his foreman Carlos) were punctual, timely, hard working and cleaned up after them every day - an amazing group of people who care about their work.We will not hesitate to have him back to do more work again with us. Simon and his team were real professionals and they renovated my backyard with the best quality and within very quick time. Simon stayed within the budget he quoted and was always prompt in his communication, answering any questions and concerns I had. He took on the demolition of my concrete patio and completely changed the layout with a beautiful interlocking design. I recommend Simon and his team if you’re looking to get your driveway or backyard renovated headache free.

Needed work done in the front and side of the house and after phoning a few places, MVR was the only one who responded and came out promptly to discuss options and to give me a quote. Simon and his crew then came out about a month later to start the work. Demolition and digging (the prep work!) was basically done in one day. The next day was filled in with gravel and prepared the foundation for the laying of the stones. By the end of the 3rd day, it was all done! All the while Simon kept in touch via text and email and him and his crew were exemplary in their work, very professional, friendly and communicated well. While working, there was a lot of dirt but everything was cleaned up to the point that you didn't even know they were there to begin with. I would absolutely highly recommend them for any work you may need! I don't deal directly with many contractors and everyone has heard of horror stories, but Simon and his crew put your faith back in contractors. And do a phenomenal job to boot! I would definitely contact them again if I need anything else done. Thank you guys for your wonderful work!

I would highly recommend Simon and MVR. After searching and comparing I loved that Simon could give me a clear quote and breakdown labour from materials that I could choose and pay directly for. Simon is 100% responsive all the time, and I sent him hundreds of texts (not exagerrating). His team installed our pool coping, patio stone and sod in our rear yard. They also did our front walkway.
