Intercity Animal Emergency Clinic

It's been some time that I was there - in Oct 2022, we rushed our 16.5 year old senior cat to this 24/7 clinic as it was evident he was dying. A quick diagnosis showed us that his kidneys had failed him. While it was our first time at the clinic, the staff there was super kind and compassionate. Gave us all the time and space we needed to say farewell to our companion of 16 years. Thank you for making our last moments with our cat peaceful.Of course, the clinic cat there (forgot his name) made things even better. One of the bigger clinics we've been to; makes thing really less stressful for animals.

Literally scam, they put you on the most expensive plan at the pet owner just because they are desperate. They make put a tons of unnecessary tests on your pets even though the tests has nothing relevant to the situation. My cats was only vomiting, but they were saying all the worst outcomes to scare me, it was horrible for a pet owner. And there were neither treatments nor conclusions but only telling me the costs I needed to pay and further costs of the surgery.My kitty was 22weeks old and they charged me the maximum amount of money for 12 hours hospitalization which is 1900$. And they only told me there’s blockage in his tummy for this 1900$ and a bunch of unknown tests that many other vets said not necessary for his situation.

I have to give a huge shoutout to everyone here but especially Karla. She went above and beyond to make my family and I feel better about our situation and made herself available as much as she could to us. She was so understanding and made us feel less worried, knowing that our dog Buddy was in such good hands and receiving such good care. He is recovering very very slowly now at home but I know he received a lot of love when he was there. Thank you for everything you all do!

With my dog's emergency last night, Dr. Ranjan and his staff did an excellent job. The entire staff was welcoming, considerate, and provided Bud and I with excellent service. Not to mention that our neighbourhood veterinarians received all of the information and called us this morning as a courtesy. I heartily suggest them.Thank you!!

We found the Intercity Animal Emergency Clinic and its personnel to be kind, compassionate, and professional. They always phone us the next day after our visit to check on Abby and now Jesse too. I can not recommend this clinic enough. They were so compassionate and considerate when we had to say goodbye to our sweet 13yo kitty. They even discounted the rates because we pre-paid for 24hours and he only was there for 13. They gave us as much time as we needed with him before and after. And they explained everything, preparing us for every step along the way. In a time when we could have been completely blindsided by charges, they exercised compassion and kindness, which was so valuable to me & my family.(pic is of Hobbes in his favorite place)

These nurses and veterinarians are completely run off their feet - and I mean completely - but they still have time and patience for politeness, compassion, professionalism, and everything else you would expect when visiting an emergency vet clinic. Both nights I visited with my dog last week, they were packed with patients, but you'd never know it based on how calmly they triaged everyone and had pets treated fast.My baby is doing well, and we now have a diagnosis to work with. Thank you very much.

The staff and veterinarians were excellent from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. sympathetic and clearly laid out their plan of action. While they were performing the procedure, they kept giving us updates on Maggie. We are really happy there is a 24-hour emergency vet clinic, even if it is not close to us. They saved him as we rushed from far.

I have rushed my dog Buddy here three time for a variety of issues beyond the expertise of his regular vet and I each time, I leave feeling reassured that the vets will do their best to keep him comfortable while getting to the root of the problem. They provided me with a variety of options every time and graciously took into consideration financial constraints when hospitalization stays started to pile up. Their morning phone updates always quelled my anxieties even if the update was simply there is little progress to report but he isn't getting worse."While all staff are lovely and are dedicated to providing the best service for your animal
