I've filed a complaint with your head office, I believe you can look it up by my name. If you need my tracking number I can provide it.Hi, I'm not talking about bringing just my name for the package. I meant you can find my complaint by name with your head office.My wife came to your store to drop off a package. When she asked for a receipt your staff was unnecessarily rude. Seemed like her time on her phone was disrupted by the simple request to ask for a receipt with the return shipment. You guys need to work on better customer service as we have both had several bad experiences at your store.

I’m not sure what everyone is talking about, with the negative comments. The girl at the desk was very sweet. She even asked the Fedex driver to wait one minute as my package had to go out today. She had it processed and out the door to the driver in less than a minute.If FedEx manages to get it to its destination on time then I’ll be even more impressed.

Fedex is the WORST courier out there, I feel sorry for the ladies that work at CMTK digital. I received notification that my parcel was ready for pick up...called to make sure of the location. They assured me that my packages would be at a location and I even called a second time to make sure they would be there, yes, of course...went there and NOPE they were not, wasn't even able to speak with the vendor, had to deal with an agent at a central location.FEDEX has the worst customer service ever, this is not the first time this has happened either....stay away from them!!

LI was at a Canada Post outlet and called FedEx to make sure they were faster, they charged me twice as much and guaranteed one day shipping. It took 4 days and they refuse to refund my shipping, they say it was weather related, in August? I don't want my disrupted concert and travel plans paid for, just the money I shelled out for them to not do their job.The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful at the printing business that contracts to FedEx, my complaints are with FedEx not the employees on the front line. The lady on the phone number I called at the number below was rude and dismissive.

I have been dropping off my FedEx shipments here for several years and have always had prompt, friendly and courteous service. For those reviewers that have had bad experiences with FedEx, this is not the appropriate place to give a bad review. This company is a depot accepting packages on behalf of Fedex. It is not fair to the depot to get bad reviews for something that is out of their control.
