I'm so glad I listened to the reviews and brought my cat to Arc Animal hospital! The attention and care by front desk staff, vet assistants, and the vet themselves were top notch and very thorough. At my previous vet I was left feeling like I wanted more answers or that my cat's health only mattered for the few minutes I was there ... but here at Arc Animal Hospital, all of my questions were answered, and they even followed up a few days after to check in on how my cat was doing post appointment!! Money is a bit tight for me and I felt that the prices were very fair and reasonable here at Arc Animal Hospital. If you ever feel like you are left wanting a bit more comfort and reassurance from a vet experience, I would definitely recommend to bring your pets here because I'm glad I did!

I got in to this place as a last minute appointment to get my Yorkie updated for his rabies shot. He gets hyper stressed and Mary and all the staff did a great job of trying to keep him calm.From the front desk to the nurse and the vet, everyone seemed so caring and genuine. They also have dog food which they said they can order for me which saved me a trip to Petsmart. All in all, I was very happy with the service. They did not request a review. I just was so impressed I had to do this. Even the cost was not too bad, they have underground parking which was great as it was a heatwave today. You should consider coming here if looking for a great service clinic for your pet and cost effective too.

**edit**The owner of the hospital called me and explained the details. He also offered me the discount for the visit. I am changing the review to 4 stars because of the courtesy the owner showed. Thank you, I am happy now!**earlier**They will say one amount on call and they will charge another amount in bill. Beware of hidden costs. They told me the vaccination cost for my cat is 94 dollars but I ended up paying 163 because deworming cost was not included in the price they mentioned.Also, they have put a promo card of 10% discount but the receptionist did not give us any discount. When I asked, she simply refused and said this offer is not valid anymore even though it was clearly mentioned that offer is valid till Dec 31st then she said I can check for you in the next bill when you come next time. Sorry, I won’t come next time. Although the doctor is very nice and did everything patiently and vaccinated my cat very gently.Mississauga Animal Hospital is much better as they are upfront with costs and will not charge a penny more.

when my 1 year old doberman started throwing up for no reason, i took him to a hospital in Guelph which didn’t seem to be too interested in helping my dog. I refused care there and brought him to dr. Hanna as i know i can trust him. Dr Hanna called in his surgeon right away, took extra care of Apollo overnight and even kept in touch after Apollo was discharged. If not for him, i don’t think i’d have my son by my side for Christmas. Thank you dr. Hanna and all the staff at the clinic,we are forever grateful our child is still with us.

I cant thank enough Arc Animal Hospital doctor and staff for their thoughtfulness and care. They went above and beyond for our sick puppy.

Amazing vets at this location. Dr Hanna is a great vet, very friendly and amazing with pets. Will definitely item take my pets there ongoing.

Welcoming spot !Friendly knowledgeable staff.I appreciated being able to get a same day appointment. Very gentle with my cat.Nice to get a follow up call several days later to check on the progress and how the medication was tolerated.Parking a bit of a chore, but their are reserved spots.

I took my dog here about 2 months ago and the visit did not live up to all the reviews.First of all the parking is horrible! There are only two spots and they are a tight squeeze. The vet we saw was just ok, but didn't seem all that knowledgeable. Also, I was surprised she didn't offer any treats as this was our first time and she did not do much to make sure it was a good experience for my boy.I wanted to get his blood work in order to take his heart warm meds. She said he didn't need it as he had one the previous spring. I was always told by vets they need to have that blood work before they can take interceptor and it is very important to do the bloodwork as the meds could cause complications. She also said he could be on it all year when every other vet has just said the 6 months.The other issue is they did not have any flea/tick medication or heartworm meds in the clinic. I was supposed to go back to pick them up but I really do not want to go back to this office. I now need to pick up his flea and tick for next month and am a month late on his interceptor. I will have to go to another vet and pay for another exam. I debated writing this review for a long time, but it is fresh on my mind again.

I dont usually leave these type of things, But these guys are amazing, Really care about animals for sure. I called in regarding my baby boys concern with him randomly screaming for no obvious reason, The secretary was very knowledgeable, and did not give me the standard “bring him in, we’ll take a look” rather she actually gave me as much advice, got advice from the doctor, Gave me next steps and things to look out for, What surprised me after years of owning animals, I was prepared to hear “And our phone consultation fee is…” To my surprise that never happened, They really run this facility out of the love for animals, They earned a lifetime client from me and my kennel.

Great vet clinic. No wait times when I’ve been. Easy to make an appointment on the app. Everyone is kind and compassionate. My cat does not hiss or growl here! She’s comfortable with everyone.
