Couldn’t ask for a better care and wonderful equipment. I am new to E bike technology, but was thrilled and extremely happy with the equipmentI received. I got what I thought was a top of the line E bike, a helmet and a lock with a fully charged battery. I used the bike for probably close to four hours and it still had at least 70% charge left in the battery. I was very pleased with the performance of the bike, and got to see much of the city of Sydney. It is highly recommended that you go to their website and rent the bike before you get there so that you’re not disappointed if all the bikes are already rented.

Thanks for a great ride. The bikes were perfect for riding the Cabot Trail. We had fantastic weather and the winds in our favour until the last day. No flats or chain blowouts! Great bike shop and great owner/staff! I was going to rent a carbon road bike from them for my Cabot Trail trip (they have great rental bikes at good rates!), but ended up packing and bringing my own bike. I still visited for a couple supplies and route advice - well stocked bike shop, good prices, great friendly advice. And really nice Nova Scotia bike jerseys (great souvenir!).

Awesome service, bought the stationary bike I looked at online for the promised price. The bike came assembled and there was the option to buy one in a box. Would highly recommend.

Staff is so friendly and nice. I went in to ask for a bike box to box my bike. The end of my crossing Canada cycling tour. They charge $5 for the box and the guy also gave me a bunch of foam wraps for packaging. I was able to use them all up. Highly recommended.

Top notch folks.Bill was super accommodating in allowing us to pick up and drop off after hours and was very helpful in installing the bike rack on our rental car.They arguably charged too little on the bike and rack rentals as well.Couldn't recommend these guys enough.

Friendly and very helpful staff. I’ve had two bikes repaired here in the last year, one of which at the height of Covid-19 demands on outdoor goods and did not have to wait very long at all. Reasonable prices!
