I placed an online order with Playtime toys. While in the process of checking out the price of my items increased and the cost of shipping increased despite me not adding more items to my cart. The products this company sells are incredibly popular. And when they notice one character selling faster then another they will increase the price in order to make more money. Characters from the same shipment are priced at various costs due to popularity. My issue is not that they are priced based on popularity my issue is that the company refused to honour the initial price at the time I added the items to my cart. I emailed the company asking them to honour that pricing and they refused, proceeded to ask if I would like to cancel my order, had some of the items not been for another person I would have simply cancelled my order. It took 3 emails for them to respond regarding this issue. When I asked for an explanation as to why they wouldn’t honour the correct price they simply did not respond.

The customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great prices on toys! I had received two squishmallow’s in the wrong size so I emailed the company and not only did I receive a call back within a few minutes of sending my email, I was also told they would ship the correct size immediately and free of charge. They also let me keep the two that had been sent accidentally.Thank you so much Playtime Toys! Best of luck during these hard times.

Ordered online around 12:30am and my items were delivered by mid afternoon. I got 2 Squishmallows which were super soft and cuddly. I can't wait to start on my puzzle. Prices are always good at Toys Toys Toys. I often shop here for kids presents and I am very happy they offer extremely fast delivery. I will be purchasing more items throughout this pandemic for fast service and low prices.

Upon entering Playtime, the cashier at the front with black hair, eyed me down the entire time I was in the store. She didn’t greet me or smile she just stared. As a POC it was giving off a ‘racial profile’ feeling. Unacceptable.

I like to shop local regardless; especially now; but to find out that Playtime Toys is the fastest? Friendliest? Most affordable?? And they had my unattainable Scooby Doo toy in stock? Five stars! Keep calm, social distance, and order toys at Playtime.

Not an authorized Squishmallow retailer. They change prices based on popularity. They changes prices from one day to the next. Reputable retailers do not do this. They’re greedy. They’re resellers. The owner of the company is creepy and drops packages off at your house when you pay for shipping. Shady company.

I saw this website online and noticed they had tons of squishmallows not available in the United States. I emailed them asking if they could ship here from Canada (which they do via UPS). Right after I placed my order of Squishmallows ! They shipped super quick, I was really surprised ! Thank you so much for fast delivery and great customer service! Will be ordering again in the future!

What a great local business. I had never ordered from Playtime before, but found a toy that was in high-demand and couldn't be found on any other sites, so I decided to take a chance and order.The next morning I received a very nice message from Joel to thank me for my business, and then that very night, my order was hand-delivered to my door with a polite knock.Very highly recommended and happy to support such a well-run business.

This Toronto small business is wonderful! I have made 2 online orders from their large selection of Squishmallows. The items got shipped out the next day and received the items in a week. The second time I ordered, I got a email from the owner Joel to thank me for the repeat purchase! Amazing customer service! Items arrived in perfect condition and have had absolutely no issues. Highly recommend ordering from them!

I am so happy that I supported this small Canadian business who Is doing everything they can to win customers and survive during these uncertain times. I ordered some items on their website on Friday evening and was so surprised to see my order driven to my house the very next day. Not only is their customer service exceptional, but the prices are the best that I can find on the internet for a rare Pokemon toy that is no longer in wide circulation. I paid half of the price compared to a popular online retailer. Playtime Toys, keep up the great work. I will be ordering from you when I need toys again!
