This shop is fantastic. I needed a last minute tire swap (because I was verrryyy late doing so this year) before a trip for the long weekend, and Matt was able to get me in right away! He was quick and efficient with the service! He even fixed a hole in my tire I wasn't aware of, making me further prepared for the long trip ahead. Highly recommend! This shop is truly a hidden gem. You'll be very pleased with the service. :)

Was a frustrated senior lady on Wed July 6 going all over town asking every person I encountered where to take my car because the horn stopped working on the weekend. Someone said go see Matt at Lakeshore Automotive and “thank you God” I went there, exhausted and frustrated from hitting a brick wall all day. Matt was nice, experienced and professional. Took the time to see what he could do. So special for a senior lady to be treated with respect. Thank you Matt, I will never forget you and bingo you fixed it for me. So many places see a woman coming and charge you through the roof. Makes you not trust!! I am telling the whole world about this guy. Five stars for sure!!! Love ❤️ Donna

Let me start it off with saying I know ZERO about cars and am terrified of anything mechanical and the concerns there-in. So when I noticed my car was leaking something I was not happy and very worried I was about to be taken for a ride, and not the good kind if you know what I mean!Lakeshore is close to my home so I thought I should give them a go and pow, crisis averted! The guys here were incredibly helpful, friendly, honest and provided great service to this scared little kitten. I am very relieved to know that there is a mechanic that I can trust (ala David Puddy sans the Jesus fish).Thanks guys!

Would definitely recommend Lakeshore Automotive. I had dripping oil so I stopped in there and Matt took a look right away for me. The dripping oil could have been from a recent oil change. He told me to keep an eye on it. Didn't try to tell me something needed fixing that didn't. Very honest, knowledgeable and friendly guy. Will definitely bring my car in there if I need work done.Thanks again Matt.

I received exceptional service this morning. The shop got me in right away to replace a leaking tire valve core and filled the rest of my tires. I was back on the road within minutes and grateful for the impromptu servicing. I will definitely be back for an oil change that is coming due. Thank you!

I am thrilled to have discovered this shop in my vicinity. They recently replaced the front strut assembly of my old van, providing me with both savings and peace of mind. Matt, the owner who assisted me, was extremely amiable and conscientiously kept me updated with appointment alerts. He also completed the job within the stipulated time and even offered additional advice on future maintenance requirements.

I had a great experience here. Matt and the staff are super friendly and they really know their stuff. They fixed my SUV in no time and even gave me some tips to keep it running smoothly. This is by far the best experience I’ve had dealing with my vehicle!My vehicle needed to come in to the shop twice in one week, and Matt fit me in the day of my calls. He was so accommodating, him and his staff were efficient, and so friendly! I really wanted to keep my business in my neighbourhood and support a business as close to me as possible- and I am SO glad I did. I find dealing with vehicles so intimidating, and Matt was approachable, understanding and so easy to deal with. He didn’t make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about, he just assured me he’d get to the bottom of my vehicle issues and he did! I would 10/10 times recommend him and his shop. I desperately needed a tire changed on my Pilot and when I called the place ge said he could get me in the next day. I explained that it was super urgent and right away he said ‘bring it in and I’ll do it myself if I have to’ and within 1.5 hours it was done. Not only that, but the staff were all so kind and welcoming while I sat and worked during the tire change. 100% recommend this place - it’s the kind of place you would trust your kids to go to and not get ripped off or treated poorly. Full props!

I cannot say enough good things about Lakeshore Automotive!Several times I’ve had my older SUV in for various fixes. Matt and the staff are always friendly and really seem to care about providing honest quotes and doing the best they can!!Such a relief to know a garage/mechanic that you can rely on 100%!!
