7-Eleven

I love this store. Staff are always very cheerful and friendly, they ask about your day and your weekend. They have long lines in the early morning and there's a lot of ESL students smoking outside at lunch time, but that doesnt bother me cos I would not go there around those hours.

Generally a fairly average 7-11, but staff are very friendly and they have a convenient and well stocked set-up for picking up hot food.

Friendly staff. I took latte and it was so good. Good coffee machines nice and clean store with so many options to buy. I would like to visit again.

I would never go back to this 7-Eleven again, I am very disappointed with my experience. I walked in on Thursday night, Jan 20, around 11 pm and I asked for a package of light Marlboro cigarettes and I asked the server that my girlfriend is recommending me for light Benson & Hedges, but I've never tried Benson & Hedges before. I was about to pay for a package of Marlboro and leave that the East Indian server said sorry I can't sell it to you and rejected to sell it to me. I said, I beg your pardon? Why? She talked to another colleague and confirmed that they can not sell it to me. I said I am almost 50 years old and I am buying it for myself. They can hardly speak English. Not only were they not listening to me, but also they treated me like I am a homeless person. I left there quietly and was very disappointed. The owner of the 7-Eleven responded me and I decided to change my rating.

I'm just glad this place exists in this corner. 24 hours 7 days a week is rare in this area, besides the sad excuse for an A&W across the street. Staff is generally friendly here and everything is up to 7-eleven standards. Stock is good too! Kind of still wished Hotdogs were served by the staff as opposed to help yourself...

Beware, this 7-11 is stealing from customers. On December 22, 2021 I purchased 3 Red Bulls and an Oh Henry, the Red Bulls were 3 for $8. I was charged $14.25, which seemed high, so I asked to see my receipt. The clerk would only give me the receipt showing the total, but when I made a scene I received the receipt showing the individual charges, and the total was $11.95. The assistant manager could offer no explanation for the overcharge. I am certain this is happening on every transaction and this 7-11 is stealing from the customers.

Amazing service. Went in this morning to get some food however nothing was cooked. Jerry the manager of some sort didn’t want us to leave empty handed and he paid for everything we got which was honestly incredible and made our day. In general staff is very nice and friendly.

Worst experience from the staff. Rude behaviour by an Indian women staff when asked for using public washroom during an emergency situation.

Amazing staff, Louie, Ashley, Jenny, Lorena, Athea, and Erik everyone welcomes you with a smile and makes the best coffee in Vancouver.Amazing customer service, they never look like they are at work so i am assuming they are enjoying what they do which shows in the positive vibe of the store.Would never go anywhere else. Thank you guys :)
