New ownership. Definitely not the same experience. Very rushed working on more than one client at the same time. My daughter had her skin filed off the tip of her finger. Denise is the best thing that is still there. Hopefully she stays!

This place seems to have recurring scheduling problems. I've been coming here for months, and have seen several people come in sure they have an appointment only to be told they've been rescheduled. Today I found out for myself they will reschedule you and not call to let you know. The tech clearly has no respect for her customers time. If you want to make an appointment and be sure it will be kept, choose a different establishment.
