Ward School Of Dance

Ward has been our dance home for 7 years! Both of my girls dance there and I love that the Kirsten's focus on creating the studio as a dance family and supporting local!! Even though we all like a little competition it is not the main focus here and I love that!! Teaching the dancers that being a family and supporting each other both in and out of the studio are the best life lessons!

This studio is so much more than just a place to dance. Ward has a unique ability to make you and your kids feel like family right from day 1.We are always greeted by a friendly, kind face when we arrive and provided with whatever information or assistance we may need with anything that comes up. The most important thing though, is our kids are always having fun and LOVE going to class. We love the Ward community and are so grateful for all the teachers here.

My girls have been coming to Ward since they were 3 months old. The programming at the studio is amazing with such variety in the classes they offer for all ages. The staff have incredible enthusiasm and make the girls feel so comfortable with every new skill they learn. Everyone is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and great you with a huge smile every time. I definitely would recommend WSD to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and a place to express themselves through dance!

My daughter has attended Ward for 6 or 7 years now, since she was a baby in their intellidance classes! I am so glad we chose this dance studio. They are kind, organized, well priced, great teachers and all around a fabulous studio to have your child in!

My daughter has been at Ward School of Dance for something like 7 years. She's had a great experience there. COVID times were rough, but the studio managed it as well as anyone could of expected. Their communication and adaptive delivery of Zoom and in-person classes helped the parents dancers stay connected. Super friendly staff are always happy to help!

Our family has been with Ward for the past six years (since my daughter was 3). All of the staff are extremely dedicated to ensure children learn, grow and have fun. I have always been impressed with the strong desire of the studio to ensure inclusion for all paired with the high quality instruction they have consistently delivered. It's a fantastic dance studio for developing gross motor skills, confidence and social skills in younger ones as well as high end technique in older dancers. I highly recommend!

My mother enrolled my daughter in hip hop drop in classes along with a few others over summer. Was not well organized and did not feel welcoming to newcomers. Front staff mirrored a lot of the disorganization in the class. I’m glad we had the option to test out some of the classes before committing to a full year. I would’ve been upset if we paid for an entire year of disorganization and being the new outcasts. If you don’t have dance experience, I wouldn’t recommend coming out for classes here. Paige was the only instructor my daughter somewhat enjoyed.

Ward has always been one of my happy places! There is a reason they are running 50 years strong! This studio has amazing owners and fantastic teachers that always strive to make you the best dancer and person you can be! I danced here throughout my childhood and came running back again to classes as an adult. Some of my best memories have taken place in this studio and on stage with my fellow dancers. Ward is my forever dance family!

My kids have danced at the studio starting when they were babies in the Intellidance program, 9 years ago. As a father, it was a great way for me to bond with my kids in a program that was truly designed for them. It turned into our special time. My son and daughter both still dance at the studio and it's truly their happy place. They have an amazing staff too! Many have degrees in education, child development, and in the dance community at large. It makes a huge difference for them as teachers with this experience on staff. I couldn't be happier with Ward and look forward to many more great years as my children continue to grow and dance with them.

Ward School of Dance has been an amazing place for our kiddos. The teachers are fantastic and always professional. They create dynamic opportunities for all of the students and ensure that all students are having a positive and fun experience while dancing! The studio is community focused and truly feels like a family.
