Tried to contact them on the phone at the Puerto Vallarta office on more then one occasion, was told I was being transferred to someone for help and the line either went dead or sound machine tones came on instead. Same with the cancun office. Sent someone to the Montréal office, seeing as I was here in Mexico and needed assistance. The office is not at that address either. Just please beware
