I came to see Lilly because I was experiencing stress and tension on my neck and jaw after a double jaw surgery.Since I started my treatments with Lilly I have seen lots improvement after every session so I highly recommend her :)

I came to see Lilly because I wasn't experiencing much progress with physiotherapy in trying to increase my range of motion after elbow surgery.Since I started my treatments with Lilly I have seen tremendous improvements: with every session I move my hand more freely and with a bigger range.Lilly is very professional, caring and compassionate. She has a profound knowledge of acupuncture and uses various treatment approaches depending on my progress. I highly recommend Lily!She was so kind to fit me in with very little notice because I was in severe pain. When I came in I could move my arm or my neck and after the first session I was already almost entirely pain free. After 2 sessions I'm completely pain free and I feel my posture is re-adjusted! I'm booking for a few more sessions just to continue working on my long term back problem. Thank you Lily!

Dr. is so nice and professional. I came to see her for my neck pain and nerve pain in my leg and foot. These caused me have difficulty in breathing and annoyed me a lot. She scheduled me quickly and after first treatment, yes I could breath smoother. It’s amazing. I will continue my treatment for my headache and dizziness with Dr. and hope I could get well before new semester starts.

I was experiencing headache and dizziness for a really long time, I was treated by chiropractor for 6 months but it barely worked since the muscles on my neck still have lots of tension and would twist my bones eventually.After two treatments, most of tension on my neck muscles are gone, the headache and dizziness caused by other problems are mostly released as well, I am much more concentrated and productive now as well, as a student, this really means a lot to me, thanks to Lily and I would definitely recommend her.

I booked my first ever acupuncture appointment with Lily based on the great reviews I saw as of recent. After my weird experience, I went back to the reviews and clicked on the lowest ratings and everything made sense. First off, masks are mandatory, which I was not aware of. I refuse to wear a mask as I have a medical exemption. She still offered me the service despite me not wearing a mask, although I can tell it kind of bothered her. She immediately asked how I would pay and if I had insurance, after saying I don’t have insurance and will be paying debit, she declined and said I must pay by e-transfer right away before even receiving the acupuncture therapy. I thought this was a bit odd, because normally you pay for your service after you’re done. She then gave me a paper to fill out that was very vague, asked what my motive for being there was. I wrote down 3 problems that I had, and she only focused on one of the problems and didn’t even discuss or acknowledge the other 2 I had written down. I didn’t receive any good customer service or care, it felt very transactional as many of the other low reviews described. I’m starting to think that most of her good reviews are fake. I will say that the actual acupuncture part went well, you can tell she knows what she is doing. But I did not feel comfortable with the service I received from the beginning and will not be returning. I made an appointment with another acupuncturist and I had a complete opposite experience. She was so kind and caring, it really felt like she wanted to help me and even checked up on me after my first session with her. She also called me a few days before my actual appointment to go over a list of questions regarding my health, which felt much more professional. Definitely do a lot of research before booking.

I am grateful for Dr. Zhi Fang Zhai. For two months I had been dealing with long-covid brain fog/dizziness and stress. I had tried everything to get over it, including improving my diet, taking supplements, and 3 doctor appointments and 1 acupuncture appointment with someone in my hometown. Nothing worked and sometimes I had to miss work because I could not function. I decided to try acupuncture during my trip to Montreal and I'm grateful I did. She managed to squeeze me into her busy schedule twice. With Dr. Zhi Fang Zhai's acupuncture and heavy walking in the city I was able to snap out of the brain fog and dizziness! I'm so relieved!I had had acupuncture many times in the US, with 1 Chinese doctor and 2 American doctors. Those treatments were not effective, now I think they were too gentle and simple. Dr. Zhi Fang Zhai's acupuncture is a little more aggressive and complex. With some spots on the body she goes deeper with the needles and I can feel the nerves being stimulated throughout my whole body. (Don't be scared, I have ultra sensitive skin, she knows what she's doing.) Also, she does a variety of different techniques of different durations which I had never experienced before, on the front and back of my body. There was only 1 technique that I didn't like, which was one electric needle, but I wouldn't worry, she let me know when she was going to use that needle and stopped when I said I didn't like it.I see there is some negative feedback. I think that might be due to the fact that she's very popular, very busy, and from a non-western culture and language. She is working very quickly with multiple patients simultaneously and for long hours. For westerners, this might come off as cold or uninterested. But I encourage you to consider the long list of positive results in her reviews. She is an an experienced expert fully dedicated to her work.Xie xie, Dr. Zhi Fang Zhai!

Urgent neck pain and back pain and I called her, she scheduled my appointment right way. After consultation she prepared the room and assessed my condition. With quick adjustments and needle stayed in my body for 30 mins I feel much better and relieved. She seems to be pretty experienced and know what she was doing. And she was also nice and welcoming. Overall it’s a good experience that solved my problem right away!

Incredible experience!! I had uncontrollable stomach pain even with taking high dose stomach pills. With just one time acupunture I did in this place I became pain free and didn’t need to take any medication after! My son had unbelievable experience there and he referred me too. The acupuncturist Zhi Fang Zhai, she’s truly friendly and professional. I 100% suggest this place for the first choice of doing acupuncture in Montreal.

I have been struggling with my breathing and sinuses for years now. To the point that I forgot what breathing through the nose felt like. After the first session with Lily, I started seeing improvement, and after the third one, I can say I have started to use my nose again! I am not completely recovered, but it is a great deal after so few appointments. Highly recommended.
