This is my second review of what I have experienced as an amazing group to work with.From the minute the call is placed, , I know my clients are taken care of from the scheduling of the inspection, to getting the user friendly report back to us in order to meet our deadlines.Matt is methodical and clear in his presentation of the findings, is available quickly for any questions so we can make confident decisions about the buying process, and his in depth knowledge helps my clients understand what their choices mean so that all parties feel confident moving forward on what ever the decisions are.

PCI is top notch in their expertise, communication, follow-up! Matt is patient, thorough, and knows homes and their systems inside and out. He takes the time to educate clients as he moves through the home, allowing them to ask questions and offering potential solutions/fixes. As a real estate agent, it's important to be able to count on an inspector to be reliable, available, honest, and professional. PCI is always on my list when recommending local inspectors to my clients!!

Pacific Crest Inspections
We had PCI inspect a few houses that we had already put in offers for. In each case, Matt pointed out significant issues that were either already present or highly likely in the near future. He not only saved us from buying a money pit but also educated us on some of the less obvious things to look for. Can't recommend this crew enough, especially if you're buying your first house like we were.
