Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly

I would like to start by saying on the evening of July 2nd 2022 my back yard was turned into an inferno of flames by the possibility of fireworks in the neighborhood. I contacted my insurance provider and they sent me a team of heroes...from Alex the project manager from Ancaster (at my house the very next day) to the team of 4 from Niagara Falls to do the clean up first thing Monday morning July 4th. This is what turns devastation into comfort. This crew of 4 are absolutely amazing and deserve a standing ovation, Alex included. Great people great staff... this is what makes a great company and any company survive. On Side should be extremely happy to have staff like this on board.Great job
