David is very knowledgeable, dependable and professional! His quality of work is excellent and prices are affordable. David built my shop and has also done other renovations for me. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new build or renovations.

Things started well. David was very responsive. He came to look at our project fairly quickly. I had told him if all looks good with the quote, we would like to get the project going. I was told I would receive a quote within a few days. I waited for a few days longer than promised for the quote and then reached out asking for an update. David responded quickly saying he was sorry and he will have it to me the next day. A week went by and still no quote. I reached out again asking for an update and was told I would have it the next day. Again, the quote never came. I have tried two more times to contact David. No response at all. I was not being pushy or aggressive with my messages. I simply said that I have not heard back from him and I am looking for an update. I even said we are willing to only have him do part of the project and we could hold off on the other part. Our project has been on hold for 3 weeks simply waiting for a quote. We now have to go through the whole process of getting quotes from contractors. We are now into the busy season and not likely going to get our project done this summer. Cannot recommend a contractor that leaves people hanging.

David proved to be a very knowledgeable & professional contractor. He ensured our requirements were completed to a very high quality and also made suggestions to improve the work required. The subcontractors used were also of a very high standard. I have further work that David will carry out in the future and I would highly recommending him to anyone seeking improvements to their home.

I completely lucked out finding Dave with a simple Google search. We just moved to the Norfork area and desperately needed a contractor. Dave did a phenomenal job, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to deal with. He was respectful, offered unique suggestions to enhance the job, and his craftsmanship was second to none. He truly takes pride in his work. No short cuts. Also to note, his subtrades (plumbing, electrical etc) were also of the same quality and standard. If you are looking for a reno in Norfolk and your benchmarks are quality, personality and price, Dave is your guy!
