Monashee Motel

Had to get a room at the last minute when the Hwy closed down. Staff was polite when registering and allowed us to stay with our small dog which was appreciated. Room is extremely outdated and somewhat clean. Some hair were in the beds. Need a better shower head, that one sprayed with only 3 straw size streams of water and was quite dirty. When we got there the heat was not on, turned it on full blast and it took 4 hours to warm up the room. Rooms are not at all sound proof. I’m sure there are way worse rooms out there but feel this one was not worth the price that was charged. Would probably opt to sleep in our vehicle next time rather then stay there.

Great place to stay to cool off. Lots of green space for kids but owner is not trustworthy. He’s always creeping around, and tried to get extra money from us. No smoking outside room, but no signs and they leave a butt can there for you. Kind of confusing. I want to enjoy my quiet time, not have the owner creeping around the entire time.

Best service in a long time at a small motel! Vic made us feel very welcome. He even let me park my car in a special spot so the doors wouldn’t get dinged! Room was clean, cozy, and quiet.Thanx Vic and staff!

I've stopped in several times during my treks between BC and Alberta, over the past months. The rooms are always clean and taken care of. The owner is friendly every time we converse. There is a bit of a conversation barrier as English is not his first language, but he is friendly and patient. It is a reasonable price for a nights rest.

Okay spot for the night if you on the road. Decent price, not much in amenities, and the room I was in could could have been cleaner. Be prepared for a super firm sleep.I would still stay there again if I was passing by. Pet was reluctantly accepted.

Fantastic motel, luxury at motel prices! The owners are incredibly generous and very friendly. They are very committed to making the motel even better. The wifi is amazing!

Clean rooms, super friendly staff, strong wifi and great location. Good value for money and all around a great place to stay in Sicamous. Will be back!

I really appreciate the work and the attention to detail the new owners are putting into this motel. They have taken the time to truly listen to their customers and focus on what's important to them. It is clear cleanliness and family-friendly is top of mind.

Comfy, clean and well organized accomodation. We love staying at this place. Easy access, nice parking spot right at the front of our room. Staff was really friendly. Would come back for sure.
