Dear Chong's, thank you for the love and care you put in your food. It shows and is appreciated. From just putting steam holes in the chicken ball container. I order the dinner for three. Was amazing and was packed with care. Thank you. Much love from Ontario.

I bought the special at Chong's Place at Brookside Mall today for $15.99 plus tax. It was terrible. It was chow mein ( it was tasteless boiled bean sprouts and not much more was in it, rice ( was so dry and tasteless I'm sure it was yesterdays), 4 of the smallest chicken balls I ever saw, and the egg rolls plum sauce was the only thing that tasted good. Very Disappointed with the poor quality of food. Prices are high and food tasteless. I only gave a 1 star because they wouldn't let me post with 0 stars. This is not a place I will rush back to soon. Got two dishes for take out, one came out in just over 10 minutes and the second took just under 35 minutes so by the time we could eat the first dish was cold and the second it was completely wrong. The food was also sub par, there are so many other options in this city for Chinese food that are both better and cheaper.

its been over a year now and i eat at chongs almost every day. a month ago i had the spring rolls they were very large and tasted great. yesterday i had noodles ad chicken stir fry it was very good they also have exellelent beef and broccoli combo. The prices are very reasonable and competitive Well worth the price. i suggest eating in the dining room it is nicely lite and cozy. The Staff is always cleaning the Tables, Chairs Windows, The Floors are Vacuumed and Mopped every evening I noticed as well. I plan on eating there lots more in the future.Thank you very much Chongs Place for the excellent meals and friendly service, we ll see you soon.

Very disappointed with the food and price $62 for a container of rice and vegetables and 4 chicken balls. The food had no taste I could have made rice at home. Never have I seen combo such a disappointment we never even ate one quarter of it. Never will promote your Chinese food

I have ordered many times always great. Tonight I ordered beef lo mein and almond soo guy and the lo mein was never delivered. I got some sort of soup with beef and bean sprouts (no noodles). Very disappointed.

Unplanned eat out from out of town.. Clean neat chinese restaurant.. Food are great! Fresh and Hot! We had spicy beef lomien, spicy chicken fried rice and we loved the fried chicken wings..! Staff, cook/owner are very accommodating.. my son loves soup noodle and they don’t have it in the menu, so they offer us a wanton soup with noodles in it and my son was so wow! Wonderful experience! we’ll be back for sure!

100 for 4 meals horrible food quality veggies uncooked everything cold if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time or money.
