They are located on the second floor of Citi Plaza and offer a range of professional workshops and classes throughout the year.I attended a workshop - Strategies for Dealing with Conflict - that had 30 - 40 people; it was very informative, and had a nice complimentary lunch to go along with it.

Whether it is writing, business management or other intellectual subjects, you likely find a topic that will interest you.
