I came here when I was having some issues with pain in my foot while running. Jeff was my physiotherapist, and he was great! He found the problem quickly, I was honestly amazed how he was able to figure out what was wrong so fast. He had me do different movements with my foot to narrow in on the area causing me problems, gave me exercises to do to help, and soon I was running without any pain again! Everyone that I came into contact with here was super helpful & friendly, and the environment is bright & welcoming. Love the space! I would highly recommend Capture Therapeutics to anyone & everyone!

Sarah Mason-Delong is an amazing massage therapist who works at Capture. Highly recommend going and booking with her. I haven’t tried out any of the other services that they offer but from other reviews sounds like people have had great experiences.

What a wonderful professional clinic. I have visited this clinic for two separate issues and Jeff knows just how to bring you back to where you thought there was no hope. He knows his physio. Awesome service and Jenny his assistant is very efficient. Greatteam. Wonderful staff and relaxing surroundings. Thanks so much Jeff and Jenny!!

This place has been top notch from being cared for to always leaving with a smile. I've had many complicated injuries in my life and have been fortunate enough to get treated at many physiotherapy and work rehabilitation clinics provincial wide. I must say though however this place with its up to date facilities and specialists are well simply the best care for anyone. Doesn't matter what the injury the are always willing to do the job. I've had days where i could barely get motivated to even get up to go to treatment but when i leave I'm always satisfied that i did.

The best place to get a Massage! I definitely recommend this place to everyone who has pain and want to manage it! My experience has been the best ever! Zach thanks for taking me in, you have done wonders for me and I continue to enjoy coming to Massage therapy. The people are really nice and they always have something good to say about everyone! As a dental hygienist, my job places a lot of strain on my shoulders, neck and back. Dayna is a phenomenal RMT and keeps me in top shape! All the staff I have encountered there are friendly and professional. They also offer so many services, it is a one stop place. Highly recommend!
