We found a bear and got a free photo and my family was so excited, it was a lot of fun and we would go back for sure. The pictures turned out very well

Really friendly and courteous staff. Easy to use and not a bad price.

Absolute garbage. Charged $35 per person for passport photos, while hiding in a Walmart. Once we realized what happened, give photos back and ask for a refund, ownership says no. However they have no problem using a Walmart stamp on the back of the photo. Greasy used car salesman tactics.

I sat and waited for the man working to assist me. He was facing the computer screen for over 10 minutes on the phone complaining about a staff member. In all honesty the member he was complaining about has offered me much better customer service and was much friendlier, and actually did her jo to assist me. Very unpleased, will not be returning if he is on shift when i come in.

The photographer didn’t even show up grrr! So I went another...she was awesome!

We come every month for the past 3 months since I found out about the baby club when my son when 7 months old by them letting us know as we were leaving Walmart! They have an amazing program for a free photo shoot and 1 free photo every month of your baby until they turn 1 along with a free cake smash session for their birthday. We always have a good experience with the photographers here and even most recent time when he was teething and cranky she worked hard to capture some photos that we loved! I usually end up buying a few extra on top of the free ones because they turn out so cute!

They Take Too Long. Last year we ordered family photos and they showed up at the store, but I had to call to find out that they were there and it turned out they had been there for a couple weeks, This year my wife and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back again. We will not be going back again next year. I had to call again to find out that the photos had already arrived. This time though, the girl on the phone told me that there was no way to find out how long they've been there for. I'm so sick of dealing with these sorts of businesses. I wish people would take some pride in the quality of service they offered. I also wish that when one of these businesses makes a mistake, they'd take ownership of this. Laziness is all it comes down to.

Very bad service took more than 36hours to receive in my mailbox at the end it s not the size required never seen that before and never go back there for sur aahh they chrged me 36$ for only one pic

Needed to take the pictures twice because the lady didn't pay attention about how was taken the picture for document with closed eyes or not, and if you need to get a digital photo for any documents, you'll have to wait 48 hours at least before they download the pictures to your account. moreover they are unable just to send the photos to your email right away.
