BUYER BEWARE - We ordered a non-standard cutter for business cards in March 2021. ERSO quickly built the unit and it was delivered with no issues. The unit looks well manufactured and we set the unit up with their DVD instructions with no problem. The unit cut properly for about three months but then we started having problems. First, the cuts started to get out of alignment. Second, the cuts started to create a rough edge on the paper. Third, the unit would consistently pull in the paper skewed which cuts the paper crooked. Since ERSO is in Canada and I am in the US, I had a local business machine manufacturer look at the unit. They attempted to adjust the unit twice now and the same problems exist. I reached out to ERSO, and they are no help. They will not refund my money, they will not take the unit back to fix and sell on consignment, and they did not offer to help me with fixing the unit. What they actually said in an email was for me to resell it on eBay AS IS". In other words
