I'm trying to make a fairly expensive purchase from this company, but every time I enter my email address oh, they tell me I must live in Canada. Not only do I live in Canada, I live in Ontario. I tried every way possible to sign up and consistently got denied access to reviews because sorry

I hate lift they are very unprofessionnal. I left my phone in the car and they took forever to get back to me. I even had to call the police. Please avoid lift they really bad when it comes to customer service.

I love Lift & Co. The information aavailable is amazing. But I agree. The taxi side of it sucks ;).

Revised review!So it took well over 6 weeks for anyone to get back to me but once they did the Joanne Elizabeth (the representative) but very kind and helpful. She managed to help me with most of the issues mentioned below.The site has bugs when purchasing though and it shouldn't take any company that long to allow customers to contact them. So for thatI can only give it a 3 star.BUT thank you so much Joanne for being so kind and giving great cusomer service once I was able to email you.(Forced to use this company site for Cansell to be certified to sell cannabis in Ontario. Really disappointed in the total and utter lack in response to customer service. It was unclear about ordering for someone else and my card was charged twice (so it let me purchase the course twice even though I passed) , then I purchased a course for one of my employees and their account is only showing the branded learning rather than the actual course that she needs to complete. I have emailed multiple time with no response for weeks and if you call it just takes you to voice mail for every option which again no one has got back to me on. They have taken my money and not delivered the course or customer service. It’s pretty sad because the course itself if decent and AGCO uses this company. My next step will be contacting AGCO with their recommendation about how to proceed with this company as it is required but no one is getting back to me for solving these problems.)

So far so good. Always be cautious.

Their “recommended strains” is complete BS their “questionnaire” will give you the same product “recommendations” regardless of what you enter. (Apparently if you want to be sleepy, or want to be alert, or mellow, or energized.they “recommend the same product)They will recommend the same strains for EVERYTHING and EVERYONE regardless of public review.It’s just a deceptive way for them to sell more of a specific product they want to promote.

Lift&Co. hates bad reviews They keep taking mine down. This is a company to not get involved with.
