Jackson Pond

I am the sales and operations manager for JC Landscaping Inc based in Tottenham, Ontario.As a residential design and build company we often get requests for beautiful water features to be incorporated into the landscaping. When this happens, we do not hesitate getting hold of Phil and involving him and his team in the project. Phil goes out of his way to treat our clients as his own as he truly values the principles we adhere to which has made us so successful over the past 22 years. Thanks again Phil for the amazing work done on our Hockley Valley project this month.

Phil emailed us about our initial review as he wanted our review taken down. Our previous review attempted to give the complete account of what transpired with Phil in order to give a fair and accurate back story. He did not wish to be linked with Clearwater Ponds, indicating he only purchased the “name and customer list”. We indicated we would amend our review. Phil attended our property in the spring of 2016 with one of the previous owners of Clearwater Ponds (who was the company that had built our pond), Corey, to investigate a collapsed pond. Based on their behaviour and concern for our safety during this visit, the police were called. Phil then sent us an email trespassing us from his store. In our opinion, after viewing the complete collapse of our pond, he could have been helpful towards us as we attempted to keep our fish and plants alive after many had died when the boulders collapsed on them. Instead he added to our already stressful situation by prohibiting us from getting the pond supplies we needed and did not appear bothered by what he saw. Trespassing us meant we needed to find another place to help us save our fish. Fortunately, we did find a pond store close by and they went above and beyond to help us.

The nicest, friendliest and most helpful/knowledgeable people. Always come back here for my pond supplies and advice. The people make the difference. Thanks for the help on my last visit regarding a part on my pump.

With most companies you are just rolling the dice but Jackson Pond did an incredible job with our new water feature. The crew was great at communicating and so professional. They were very thorough about the cleanup. I even got a follow up call the day after the project was completed to make sure we were satisfied. Would highly recommend Jackson Pond to anyone.

I had a backyard pond installed 4 years ago, and was unable to get the original contractor to provide any form of annual cleaning service. I contacted Jackson Pond's spoke to Tiffany who I found to be very responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I knew the way Tiffany handled my requests that I had found a company that focuses on customer satisfaction.........and they sure get that right ! Crew showed up today, in spite of heavy rains, and worked diligently to remove the fish, thoroughly clean the pond, and restore it back to its original condition. I couldn't be happier, as are my fish and apparently 6 frogs that have also taken residence. I signed up for an annual maintenance program, and can now enjoy my pond knowing i am in good hands. Thank you to Tiffany for your customer service and Tristan and Sydney for excellent work cleaning the pond !

Ken is always willing to help out with anything I need. It's a pleasure to go to a pond store that has what I need. I tried Syds ponds and asked for a 1.5 inch hose barb coupling and they looked at me like I was nuts Ken knew exactly what I needed and supplied immediately. Great store , better people. 5 stars.

I was always impressed with Phil Jackson and his team's reputation for creating beautiful ponds and waterfalls; and they truly delivered with ours. I was really appreciative of the advice they provided even before we broke ground. It was nice working with good people.

Recently after hearing glowing reviews about Jackson Ponds and truly wanting to do business with them for pond opening & closing - I was disappointed when I reached out to them and the contact person I was provided access to over phone could only provide very limited options (only packages like weekly biweekly and monthly), all of them very expensive as well as their availability very delayed. This has really made me sad and would appreciate feedback from someone more flexible and understanding in the organization and willing/wanting to build a long standing relationship over the years!!

I just had my pond rebuilt by Jackson Pond. The end result was phenomenal and the professionalism and expertise was second to none. Phil met with me on several occasions to discuss specific design and features. He gave me a time frame for starting the project and concluding it and was right on time. His quote was accurate and fair. The men that came to build the pond clearly knew their trade and were courteous and respectful. They ensured that all surfaces were covered so as to minimize any collateral damage to the property. They truly took pride in their work! I can say that I am beyond impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to anybody.

We just just had our pond installed by Jackson Ponds and are really pleased with the project. Phil and his team were on time as promised and created a beautiful back yard feature. Can’t say enough about the team and attention to detail. Great company to work with.
