Our dog isn't the best at baths but she seems to really take well to the built-in baths and showers at the back of the store. The staff has always been very informative and happy to help us if we ever have problems. Overall a very nice store.

The ladies are super friendly and helpful. They always find time to help me carry my dog food out and help us find comparable dog food when the supply issues were happening. My son loves to come in and see the kitties and you can't beat the dog baths! We love this Pet Valu!!

Good supply and selection of pet supplies, pet food and pet toys. Some other products available include dog beds, cat scratch posts, frozen food, and plenty of pet collars. The store always appears to be tidy and clean. The dog wash station is a great feature to the store especially for washing large dogs. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service. Tried the other pet store and lady was rude and judgemental. This one I received excellent service, and staff were very pleasant to deal with.

We had our dogs out at my in-laws farm for the holidays and they needed a bath BAD. I called the store to see if I could schedule them in for the wash bay on our way home. They closed at 6 and I told her we would be there for around 5:30 and I asked if that would be ok. She responded by saying they usually clean up and shut down the wash bays around 5, but that she could hold them open for us until 5:30 so we could clean the pooches. We really appreciate them going above and beyond and letting us come in so last minute, I know they would’ve have to clean up after our use and we truly appreciate them being willing to do that. They also brought us some treats for our puppies as my one dog is unfortunately very vocal about how much he hates bath time haha. Thank you again guys, we really appreciate you.

Always has the most friendly helpful staff. New cat mom and still figuring out things. I definitely have 2 favorite staff members there who have helped me out lots!!

I get uncomfortable now, always feels like it has to be a fast trip going in. You can't stand to long in the isle to look around , they might think your stealing . So they ask you for the 4th time if you need anything then stand there awkwardly watching you. Does everyone get treated like that or is it because I'm brown ? I rather drive to Walmart and take my time looking at toys for my furbabies there.

I found a soaking wet kitty in the car wash but I couldn’t take it home. The ladies at the shop were waiting at the front door with a towel and all the love for it after I called. The SPCA and Humane Society were closed so they were happy to help. Thanks guys!

Great helpful staff. I get a very local vibe from this store even though it's a chain franchise. Love the extended hours. I couldn't find my wife and someone tried to locate her for me. Alas, it wasn't her. I better stick with the original. :)
