Unlike some of their competitors, AMR provided their quote stating that they would keep remediating until there was no more mould. In my case, there was considerable mould hidden behind walls, under flooring and affecting structural components of my home. If I had gone with a competitor, most of the additional mould would still be in my home eating away at the framing.Danielle and her team were hardworking, polite and kept me informed on the progress of the work regularly. Their attention to detail was obvious as could be seen in the photos, videos and explanations shared with me daily.I highly recommend AMR if you want the job done thoroughly and professionally.

AMR did a remediation of my entire house after having a flood and leaky basement. They offer a much more thorough cleaning service than the other remediation companies that provided quotes. In addition to removing the mould, they put my belongings in a storage pod and marked all the boxes for me which was very nice. Danielle is very patient, knowledgeable, and a great communicator. She takes the time to take pictures and explain every step of the process. I would definitely recommend using their services.

Great company! Professional service and very easy to work with. My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago knowing we had mold in the attic. Once we got in and cleared out the insulation we discovered the job would be more than we bargained for. My wife brought in Absolute and they got the job done. Quick and simple, they did what needed to be done with as little inconvenience as possible. Vince's team was professional and very easy to work with. I suspected I had a problem with mold in my basement. I researched the issue and then decided to contact a mold remediation company. AMR was the first I found, has a 5 star rating so I read all the reviews. I liked what I read and also was happy they were local. I sent off a request for a quote and Vince got back to me promptly. I sent him all my info along with some pictures. He said no question about it, you have a problem. My house is over 50 years old and whoever finished these rooms did not do them properly. The room where mold was suspected is my daughter’s bedroom so she had to move out. I needed something done quickly and Vince squeezed me in this past Tuesday. I had the room pretty much gutted so all the wood paneling had to be removed plus the sub floor. I plan to have this room and the one next to it ( already gutted) done properly. Danielle, Pat and Caleb arrived and got to work straight away. Danielle explained in detail what was going to be done. They were all friendly and very respectful. Vince had told me Danielle would take good care of me and she and the team did that and more. I’m a pensioner and on my own so needed a company that would not only do a good job but not prolong it for more money. The contract was very explicit so there would be no surprises. The price was very good and the job completed by 3 or so in the afternoon. Everything was cleaned up and all debris taken away. I like dealing locally and especially with a family run business. Vince, Danielle, Pat, Caleb and Desiree exceeded my expectations. They are extremely professional and left me with a great sense of relief. We found a mold issue in the basement bedroom of our townhouse. We wanted to get the problem resolved immediately since my son sleeps in this room and we didn't know how long this had been an issue. We contacted Absolute Mold and got a quick response from Vince. Being a single mom and having to make big household decisions is difficult, which is why I chose Absolute Mold. They are a family owned business which put me at ease right away. Danielle and her team fit us into their schedule and got the mold removed quickly. My son stayed home while the work was done, but Danielle called me every step of the way to let me know what they were doing. They were very professional, even hanging danger signs in the areas where they were working. Being a single mom, I 100% believe in girl power and the fact that Danielle lead the team was a bonus. I would hire Absolute Mold again....but I hope I don't have to. If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.
