We sold and purchased a new home with Jayesh summer of 2020. We had started looking about a year before and he was patient and diligent in finding us what we were looking for. He worked hard sending us listings even though we hadn't listed our home yet. He never made us feel like we weren't important or wasting his time. When list time came he paid for a professional cleaningto be done and amazing photos taken in order for our home to show well. His strategy and professionalism got us multiple offers and above and beyond what we had hoped for. When it came to the purchase of our new home Jayesh worked hard for us and ensured we got our dream hime against a competing offer. He checked in with us through the months after to make sure all was well and when we had an issue with the main drain (full of mud and gravel from the builders) he immediately contacted them and had someone contact us and get it dealt with. Above and beyond doesn't even begin to cover what Jayesh does for his clients.

I've worked with Jay with selling two of our homes now and purchased one with his help. I have nothing but great things to say about him. He's knowledgeable in his field. He's honest and upfront. I bought my first house with the help of Jayesh. I had no idea what I was doing but he walked me through it and explained everything in great detail. He made sure to point out any potential issues with homes, stuck to my budget, and stuck as close and humanly possible to wish list. He does not sleep. I panic called him in the evening about a house that was just listed and I wanted to see and he got me in there that night and put the offer in at 11pm. I was a home owner by 2pm the following day. He gave the best referrals for brokers and lawyers and I have been happy in my home for almost 3 wonderful years. I had never bought a house and was moving back to Winnipeg from Toronto during the pandemic. Jayesh was amazing throughout the whole process. Helpful and straightforward; he explained things we didn't understand, did walkthroughs for us when friends were unavailable, worked within our budget and pointed out neighbourhood things we wouldn't have considered.
