Bought plants 1 year warranty is what they said when originally purchased but plant died brought plant back with receipt and original contain seems this plant only had a 30 day warranty all of a sudden told the lady at desk all she said was a mistake in communication. BS

It's always nice to support a Canadian based business. Not that I have anything against American based businesses as canadians are getting employed at the end of the day. I go to CT for practically anything that is required for the household, rather we are talking about kitchen supplies, backyard supplies and so on. The website is also easy to navigate to self serve and know what aisles to go to, to find what you're looking to purchase.

Absolutely abominable customer service from your parts manager, Greg.Unprofessional, rude and pretty confrontational. I'll have to say, he did give me some great advice. He told me I should take my business elsewhere.And that is exactly what I did and intend to keep on doing.I will never come back to the Bowmanville Canadian Tire.You should consider some customer service training for him as well. He's actively discouraging business for you guys. Not a good image guys... Not a good image at all.

I had purchased a Coleman 10x10 canopy from this location back in Jun 2021. Within 3 months, the canopy disintegrated and one frame rod broke. I brought it to this store and they promptly replaced it with a new unit. After usage of another 3 months, the canopy again disintegrated and ripped. I went back to the store again and showed them the product. I was told that they have replaced it one time for us and will not do it again as the warranty is over. They also said that they do not carry that product any longer and so nothing can be done. I was very disappointed that CT sold such a poor product and betrayed my trust in them.I was curious to know why CT would not carry the product, and if there are any customer reviews about this product. To my surprise, there are hundreds of review about the poor product quality and experience exactly like mine. There is a known issue with this product and customers have been writing about it!!! Now I am very upset that why CT carried this inferior product. I come to CT for great products and fully trusting that they know what they are selling. Now I will be very careful about what I purchase from CT because it seems you guys sell any thing and also do not stand behind your products. I have been a loyal CT customer for over 22 years now. I will probably think twice before going to CT in future. I do not think anyone from CT ever reads these reviews, but I am hoping that this will help my fellow CT customers.

We just spent $1500 on a new gazebo at this location.Diane in the outdoor living section was awesome, very attentive, personable and gave excellent customer service.When we went to the cash we were helped by Michael who is a part of the management team. Michael did not say hello, did not greet us and did not ask us if we found everything we were looking for. He took a customer phone call the entire time we paid other then trying to give us a Canadian tire card and then was quite indignant when we declined it.Great job Diane.

Unable to share my experience properly because I need to use one of the scooters to get around and after not going to your store for almost a year because the scooters were out of service, they still weren't available today. You either offer a service or you don't. Don't tease your clients who already struggle to frequent your establishment.

LOVED this store and the amazing displays. Clean store, friendly staff and everything was so plentiful!!!I especially love the Joie line that they carry - my son takes the reusable ziplocs EVERYDAY to school and the quality is amazing!!!!! Everything is silicone, SO easy to use and even easier to clean.Will definitely visit this location again :)

Terrible customer service. Bought a front door rug for $50 and tried to return it because it didn't look right. Customer service said it was opened (yes, because it come rolled up). It was u used, and I returned it with the sticker it came with.They refused to return my money. Store credit only. Said they could not put it back on the shelf. However, there are about 15 unrolled, unlabeled returned rugs on their shelves. Store manager said they haven't got around to returning them yet...but they have them back on their shelves to sell????

Michael helped me choose the right gazebo and was very helpful from beginning to end of sale. The delivery was very quick and easy. Came back to pay for assembly. Once again Michael came over and made the process seamless. The assembly was much quicker than I expected. Overall delighted with the service and follow up that Michael gave us. Will definitely be shopping more often here because of this experience. Thank you
