Went there for some pressure washer parts that I couldn't find anywhere. Realized I left my phone and keys in my locked work truck. The owner came out and helped me get the lock open in 35 degree heat for at least 45 mins. The icing on the cake is they had all the items I needed in stock. Great place with quality products. Would 100 percent recommend

TERRIBLE SERVICE. They kept my chainsaw for 6 months with no communication and didn't fix a thing. They took months to look at it without contacting me. I followed up and then they had to order parts. Months went by again. I contacted them again and learned the parts were in the shop for a month. They then told me the parts won't fix it and if I don't pick up my unfixed saw they'd leave it outside the back door on the ground.

I've been buying product from them for almost a year now, chainsaw, yard maintenance tools and safety equipment. Top notch staff and service. Great variety of chainsaws, lawnmowers, blowers, trimmers and everything in between. Highly recommend giving this local company your business. I will continue giving them mine. Cheers

BUYER BEWARE: I had brought in my standard chainsaw chain as a reference for the tech so I could purchase the 95$ equivalent in carbide, only to later discover after making a few cuts, that I had been sold the low-kickback chain with smaller teeth. Upon speaking with the manager ANGIE, I mentioned I had been sold the wrong product. She told me, the chain you bought is now used

I originally posted this without a comment (only the star rating) but the business is trying to claim that I have never been in their store so I feel I must comment. First of all, I think anyone reading this realizes they cannot possibly know the name of everyone who has walked through their doors. So that is a very poor attempt at dismissing my review. I was indeed in their store and overheard a female manager or owner being incredibly rude to a customer on the other end of the phone. The way they treated that customer was not how I would like to be treated so I promptly left.

Picked up a really great Toro mower last summer and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to answer my questions and got me a model that suited my needs. Had a little warranty issue for a small part that needed replacing and they took care of it all and installed the part while I waited a couple of minutes. Fantastic Customer Service!
