Worst customer service by Nisha. She didn’t even know how to speak with the customer. Also the supervisor was useless at the moment and the moment we left the store they were making fun of customers which is really unexpected and unethical.

Horrible customer service. Came in for a prescription for a blood sugar meter and was told it’s too busy to come back THE NEXT DAY. The female pharmacist is a downright AWFUL mannerisms and speaks to people like they’re stupid. It’s absolutely disgusting the way this pharmacy operates. Will be reporting this pharmacy for unethical practices and terrible customer service

I am still waiting on my medications from this location. Every month since my medication has been there, I cannot receive it as my doctors from the Toronto Rehabilitation institute prescribed. I have blood cancer, and this woman, Theresa, claims they hadn't received my scripts when there all sent together from my doctors. But you have the nerve to call me an addict instead of reading the medical notes that came with my file to your location. I'm ready to call the police on this people that works here

Very clean and organized- they tend to have most items in stock. The employees are exceptional. I had a pleasant experience with Hanan who went above and beyond to meet my needs.

I did not enjoy my visit at the pharmacy today. My boyfriend went to pick up his prescription and the lady behind the counter kept asking if he had insurance. He said no multiple times. The way she kept asking if he had insurance made it sound like his prescription was super expensive or something and she wasn't telling us how much it was until we asked her. It was only $27!!! She could have just said the price of the prescription from the start after he said no the first time. She is very loud too. He tried to use his student insurance and she said loudly that the card was invalid because the semester is over. It's fine that it was invalid but she said it so loud other people around it. We don't even go to this pharmacy it was just closest one to where we were at the time. Definitely won't be back.

I’m now switching pharmacies, this is the 2nd Rexall location with horrible service. I have to call multiple times a week to get one prescription faxed to my doctor for a refill; they say they’ll do it right away, it still isn’t done the next day. I call again, same thing happens.When my refill finally comes, they don’t have the full amount in stock, causing me to make yet another trip in a few days for the remaining amount.Now, I called for another prescription to be faxed as I need it before my next doctors appointment - and they’re saying they don’t have it on file. I had this exact prescription filled there 2 months ago.This is ridiculous. My family will no longer be using Rexalls pharmacy.

Book my appointment to get my boviant booster shot as the province said I can 28 days after my last Shot only to be turned away when I got to the pharmacy. Even though I was able to book the appointment on their portal I was still turned away by a very rude associate at the pharmacy. I will be reporting this to the ministry of health and management.

The sale sticker was wrongly placed. When I asked the lady at the counter, she responded so rudely. She did not take an effort to assist me. I did not make my purchase. These kind of behavior will definitely not bring any business. This is not the first time, most of time the experience has been quite bad. I hope the management takes some steps to training the sales team on customer service.

Booked my booster at this place because it was the most convenient for me. I arrived on time. The actual person (pharmacist) administering the vaccine is disorganized and has no work ethics whatsoever.She let my paperwork sit on her table for 15 minutes while listening in to a conference which she claims ‘she forgot about’. If the conference was more important she should’ve arranged to be relieved of her duties.I finally I questioned another staffer as to why I was being made to wait. When I was finally allowed in, instead of apologizing, she tried to brush me off in a condescending manner and cover up her error. She actually seemed to be amused watching me being upset.This woman seriously needs to be retrained in customer care and attitude or be showed the door.

I dont know the name of the cashier however she treated me the worst. I went there on jan18,2023 around 4:30-45. I stood there in front of her for good time , she dint acknowledge me , did not say give me a minute whatever just was busy on her phone and smiling.After taking her time she was done and i said hello to her - she dint say anything , not even looked at me . Scanned items dint say a word and said be well ? I said i dont have it and dont want it . She dint say a word and scanned a new card and put it in front of me . I said i dont want it . She gave me receipt and thats it. I felt disrespected and the girl was so arrogant. Its so bad.I am going there for good 5 years but never had a experience like this but i would never buy anything if that girl is there.
