I didn't overly enjoy my first experience going here a few years ago, however, I received a gift card for Christmas and finally had a baby free night and wanted to treat myself. I called a day in advance to make a 4:30pm appointment for a regular pedicure.Forward to the next day, I show up for my appointment at 4:30, they are obviously very busy, they had a chair ready, but the water wasn't very warm, then they made me wait almost 20-25 minutes before a young women finally came over, I was about to leave at this point, and the water was now freezing. She started my nails and was very rough, she ended up cutting the side of my foot open while using the grater so I started bleeding, she asked if I was okay, I told her no, that she had cut me. She didn't say anything and finished up. She didn't come back over after at all, another person came over to tell me I could go.It was terrible, unfriendly service, and way more expensive than any place in London. I wouldn't return even if I had a gift card.

I got acrylics done here today and honestly they were very poorly done. The nail was uneven and bumpy and extra thick. The shape was again, uneven, I had asked for oval and it was more so almond and even when I tried to let them know it wasn’t quite right they gave a quick file which really didn’t do anything. Also the colour itself was blotchy and came out looking streaky (photo didn’t quite catch it). They cut my cuticle which happens but that along with the rest of experience made me realize I wanted to leave rather then give them a chance to fix it. All in all a very poor experience.

Excellent! Showed up to make an appt and they were able to take me right then. Also, ended up getting a pedicure.

Super friendly staff, excellent service and a beautiful job on my nails. This is my third time getting nails done. I have loved them every time. I will definitely continue going to Phoenix hair and nail spa.

I went today to get a fill and colour. They were on time, clean and organized. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. I immediately booked my next appointment as I left and look forward to going back!

This salon is my favorite place to be when I'd like to spoil myself, relax and unwind or have a mommy daughter date. They're service is impeccable, the staff is very friendly, cleanliness is on point, there work is excellent youll walk out happy every single time and they take care of you from beginning to end. Such a great salon it's by far one of my favorites and there prices can't be beat. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for proper care. It's so unique because you can get your hair and nails done at the same time too. Thank you to the staff here for such an amazing experience, My daughter and I will keep returning. 10/10. 5☆
